It's yellow but I really think it's just food coloring. These are the actual ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, cacao powder, durum wheat germ, sugar. Contains wheat. Definitely not worth the money. I will go back to the other well known brands that are much, much cheaper.

Perfect
It's hard to get really good egg noodles. This is actually a very fine spaghetti that goes a long way because it's so rich. Can be used as spaghetti or noodles. Delicious
