Good quality and Strong Hold on Windscreen. Attach on Hot Day.
Just make sure you attach it to the windshield on a hot day, otherwise it might fall off in hot weather when the tiny bit of air under the suction cup expands. I reattached mine on a hot day and it has remained on for several weeks now. I haven't tried it it cold weather yet. So far the quality is great and it has a rock solid hold on the windshield which i really like. The side arms move independently and should be squeezed tight. A single button on the rear is used for release which works well. I find the phone can still move up and down when clamped, but gravity does a good job of keeping it in place! I just notice this when I try to plug it in the whole phone easily slides up so I need to use 2 hands. I'll update if I have any problems with it.

Great for Samsung Galaxy S4
Since I first got a smart phone I have had good and bad experiences with car mounts. The first Motorola Droid had a great car dock, but suffered because the coiled cord on the charger constantly tried to pull itself out. The next phone, a Droid 4, had no official dock. We got a generic Motorola car dock that had an integrated charging port. It was so low quality that I ended up having a piece of cardboard shoved between the phone and the dock to help keep the connection, and that solution only worked part of the time. An update to Android made the Droid 4 confused when plugged in for long periods of time while using Navigation; The phone would charge up to 100% and then stop. The Navigation would discharge the battery until it got to 0% when it would suddenly shut down. Awful. Now we have the S4. Looking at a lot of Amazon reviews we decide to get this official Samsung dock. It is fantastic. The suction cup sticks it firmly to the windshield and the angle can be set for perfect viewing. The clamp holds the phone firmly with no risk of it falling out. The included charging cable is not a coiled monstrosity that tries to pull it off of the window but a straight cord that simply stays plugged in. We used it on a couple of trips as our main Navigation system and it is just great. We were coming home last week and actually said to each other, "We need to write a review of this!"

Great mount... sadly, not compatible for charging (at first) with the Galaxy Note 3
I started my experience with Samsung Android devices with the SII, and I loved it. Right after buying the phone, I bought this mount, 'cause I knew I will going to upgrade my phones, so I needed an universal one.A year later I upgraded my phone to the Galaxy Note, and one more after, to the Galaxy Note II. Used it until last week, when I bought the Galaxy Note 3.In time of holding the phone, still works great. The problem comes when charging. With all these previous devices this mount worked perfectly, 'cause they all have the same type-b micro-usb connector, placed right in the middle of the bottom, and which also coincide with the gap between the legs that supports the phone. The little big difference with the Note 3, is that this one has the 3.0 micro-USB connector, which is wider than the leg's gap, so the new cable won't fit between them. And even if you use the normal micro-usb cable (which btw also works fine for charging and sync), the phone's connector is placed a little to the right, so the cable wont get in place right. You can connect the cable first and then fit into the mount, but when you try to hold the phone tight with the side arms, the cable will touch the right leg, and eventually will damage the connector.Having survived more than 2 years of heavy use (i drive almost 6 hours a day, and my phone is always there), and almost without a scratch, I didn't wanted to retire it from work, so the solution I found, was to drill/wear the left side of the right leg, until the cable fits normal, without touching the leg itself. You can see few pics of my "ugly" solution in the customer images (ugly only for the esthetics), but at least with this solution, the mount will still work for my Note 3.Overall it's a great car mount. I still give him 5 stars, 'cause i believe the design was perfect for all the phones they had when the mount was released. Sadly they didn't saw the 3.0 micro-usb connector comming in the future..
