This was my 2nd purchase from the Amazon Renewed Store, I am very satisfied, and plan on looking there again for any future purchases. I bought a Lenovo 520p and the PC is rock solid and performing perfectly. I purchased this GPU, as an upgrade to the Quadro card that came with the Lenovo. The package arrived ahead of schedule and in pristine condition. I was able to install the GPU, locate the FX drivers, and had the PC back up within 10 minutes. So far all is good and the card is performing perfectly.

Purchased renewed because it was a great price, but received a physically damaged card(see picture). I hope its ok, but with the covid 19 stuff, have to deal with it since amazon is only shipping essentials. Also the card is huge but thats fine, will look cool in my big caseupdate- it was certainly not ok, ran slower than the rx 570 it was supposed to replace like 50% slower, ran everything slowly, so now thinking someone screwed it up and sent it back BUT still no excuse for info tech to send JUNK, had to bend it back place just to test it, total waste of my time. I have purchased used cards off ebay and never had an issue, still just outdone it made it into a box. Pass on buying renewed from this company folks.

Its a good Gpu for the price

Very good customer and technical support. Yes, it stopped working, however verified the issue and replaced the GPU within 3 weeks. Only cost me $28.00 to return mailing cost, incl. tracking and insurance.

Used this for a Dell Inspiron 5676 All AMD Gaming Desktop that came with an AMD Radeon RX-580 4GB GPU and a Ryzen 7 2700X CPUBenefits:1) Larger set of games you can play, 8GB VRAM is the minimum these days for GPU (Microsoft Flight Simulator has been using over 5GB VRAM using Medium Settings in May 2023)2) Works with your existing Dell D460AM-03 PSU3) Doesn't blow air out the back onto your monitor cabling like the AMD Foundation blower model doesDetriments:1) MAY require adding/upgrading case fans for additional airflow through case (or just take the side panel off and use a small personal fan blowing into the case. Have NOT had to do that, yet.

Card would not display anything after trying it. Even tried flipping the BIOS switch and got an out of range error. Checked it out on a PC with an iGPU and GPU-Z. Showed that the BIOS that was on it was a crypto mining BIOS. Rating this a 1 star because it clearly says the card was tested. I don't mind having to flash a new BIOS, but this should have been done before reselling the card and should have been stated that this was previously a mined card. Very dishonest on the part of the seller. Had I not been a tech savvy user who has done crypto mining I would have written this card off as DOA. So yeah, IT COULD HAVE BEEN YOU the end user who bought the card, not me. And that is not good.
