Superior Source GABA 100 mg, 100 Sublingual Tablets

Have tried ALL the many sleep aid options etc.....this truly has helped myself fall asleep longer as well as my wife & our son. You won't be disappointed.

This is my favorite thing to use before bed, I sleep so much better.

Well made with stevia which is friendly to diabetes and very thoughtfully designed as chewable with no water before bedtime. Unlike those capsules claiming better absorption but harmful to linings of stomach of wall without drinking enough water. At bedtime drinking water causes more traffic to bathroom and difficult to go back to sleep.

Helped me go back to sleep in the middle of the night without taking melatonin or anything else. Not drowsy the next day. Unfortunately just noticed this has lactose so I shouldn't be taking it sublingually during the night or it's going to attack my teeth. Sad because I thought I'd found the solution to my sleeping problems.

I have taken this every night before bed for years. I grab my favorite yellow mug, heat up the water for 90 seconds, and put in a teaspoon of calm. Totally mellows me out. If you have anxiety and you can’t slow your mind down, this helps. I go to bed with a feeling of wellbeing. Very effective for my overactive mind. Comes in a powder.

Currently evaluating this product. I took 2 new supplements on the same night, so I have to stop taking each one for a few days to see which one is the culprit. I bought Superior Source GABA 100mg lozenges and twice now I've awoken a couple of hours after taking to minor small red, very itchy rash on the exterior of my neck in the area where the thyroid is located. Other than very annoying and keeping me awake it wasn't life threatening. I don't want to be an alarmist but feel it should be noted and I will have to update once I determine whether it was the GABA or the L-Theanine. Thank you.

This product is very conveniently dosed at 100mg per tablet. Other GABA products tend to come in much higher milligrams. I find the 100mg perfect to quiet my mind. I like to take it before bedtime to fall asleep faster and this also helps me sleep more soundly. If I wake up after 3-4 hours, I like to take another tablet to fall asleep fast again. This is great for me as I tend to have trouble going back to sleep when I wake up in the middle of the night. I can’t imagine how I’d react if I took a GABA product of 500mg as that sounds too high for me so 100mg is perfect if you tend to be sensitive to certain supplements. I also like that it dissolves under the tongue to help it absorb well and faster than just swallowing it. So I greatly recommend this product.

This is a fantastic product! I've can say that with confidence because I have been using it for a couple of years now. It tastes pleasant, contains no sugar, and works fairly quickly to calm anxiety or sleeplessness. I highly recommend!
