EKR Custom Fit Outback Car Seat Covers for Select Subaru Outback 2015 2016 2017 2018 2019 - Leather (Black/Gray)

Let me begin by saying I am in the auto business and am familiar with this type of product and have installed many. This was installed on my personal auto, a new 2019 Subaru Outback with a spit and folding rear seat. I purchased these to protect the factory seats because I have two full grown golden retrievers. The seat covers are made well, are very attractive, and well constructed. Regarding the durability time will tell. The company provides an installation booklet (was very little help) and installation instructions via a U-Tube video. The front covers fit perfectly and two of us installed them in about 30 minutes. The console cover, between the seats, was to large and did not fit properly, was a loose fit, and as a result the cover will not latch. The rear seats were a different story. The rear seat had to be removed and that was not a problem but I did have to install two 3 1/2 inch screws into the foam base to hold the cover in place. The covers for the backs of the seats were a problem. They were not able to be properly secured as necessary to get a tight fit. There was to much material width wise and nothing could be done to correct it. The video provided was an entirely different seat. There was no way to secure the covers. The 2019 Outback could not be altered as the video shows having to fold over the back flap in order to vertically secure the covers. This caused the seats showing an unattractive bunching. I reported this to Amazon customer service and they were extremely customer service orientated and helpful when I explained the situation.I would order them again if all I was interested in were the front seats. The reason I chose this company because they were supposed to be for my exact year, make and model of my vehicle. My rating is based on that.

Installed in a Subaru Outback that had cloth seats which were very hard to keep clean. These fit very nicely and look like new seats, not seat covers. Standing up extremely well to large dogs and all the abuse we can throw at them. Easy to wipe down when dirty. Improved the appearance dramatically. The first seat or two took some work to install these on, then it went much faster for the rest. 1-2 hour installation. Not difficult but time consuming. Completely worth it!

I want to provide detailed feedback so you know why I don't suggest you buy this for an American build 2014 Subaru Outback. The material is fine and the overall cuts/sewing matches the seats. However, the version of the Outback used to make the seat fastening system must be different than my vehicle. The front seat covers cannot be properply installed without removing a plastic piece that fits over the bottom, back of the seats. We rigged around that. That was the easy part. The bottom rear seat cover cannot be installed without removing the bottom of the seats from the car. Period. The covers for the rear seat backs cannot be installed without drilling/cutting through either the seat covers or the secondary black plastic cover that goes over the entire back seat rest. So you just have to lay them over the seats. It's ok, not great. There are also two side pieces for the back that would only go on in the most poorly fitting of ways. The seat covers would be better off having elastic around the edges to simply slip over. The fit and time to install would be improved dramatically. I wish the company would refund 2/3 of the cost. I can't imagine shipping the seat covers back to China. I had to wait over a month to receive them.

These covers are pretty legit. I have a 2019 subaru outback, and these fit really well. They werent that bad to put on either. My only complaints are the back seat bottom cover is meant to strap under the base, so I had to remove the seat cushion. The drop down cup holder in the back is behind a zippered flap, and the holder has no cover when in use. The center console cover doesnt fit. For the price and quality of these covers, those were minor inconveniences. Also, I received these covers in 10 days rather than the month to six weeks that was anticipated.

I wasn't sure if these covers would work for my 2014 Outback but I decided to give them a shot. They fit great overall and only thing that was different was that there is an extra small opening on the rear seat covers, probably for the newer models, but was so minor and out of way that I don't think it'll be an issue. It came with a center console cover as well, but I didn't care for the way it looks, so didn't use that piece.The rest of the reviews are pretty much spot on, instructions aren't helpful, but with a little time, it's simple enough to work out how things go. Because they fit like a glove, it's a bit more work to get them on but it's worth it. They seem to be a quality product and have a nice look.

Bought these for my 2017 Subaru Outback because cloth seats and my super shedding dog don’t go well together. I love them, it is as though I reupholstered my car! I had to remove the back seat cushion for installing the rear seat covers. Watching videos on YouTube made all the difference in installation, I couldn’t have done it with instruction booklet alone. They really don’t look like seat covers, though front does look and fit better than the rear.

These are definitely nice looking seat covers I bought for my 2018 outback, almost look like leather seats now. Installing wasn't as hard as I thought it would be, but like a few other people my back seats have a hard plastic piece that goes from the back of the seat to the floor and there isn't a way to really secure these and make them quite as nice looking as the front seats. But still, I'm happy with them. if you want leather looking seats for cheap these are it.

It felt great, fit well, Looks great only problem I have is The Instruction's wasn't so good took me Trial-and-error to understand instructions but after the first fit you get it and use your Common sense I'm happy with the Results and I would buy it again also took abt a month to get it but was worth the wait.
