Not disappointed. The seam could be a little more.....seamless. The light is a cool feature.

It's the perfect size and design to gather around and brush up on our geography. While we say we wanted a globe for our kids to be able to understand relative distances without google maps, we really wanted it for ourselves as we plan our global takeover. With this, I know exactly how far I'll be traveling in the Schengen zone before flashing my passport to civilians or which port we'll have to use to hire a cargo ship to carry the loot. Plus, the internal light is just bright enough to add to the evil ambiance in the room.Well done Replogle, well done!Ima gonna pack it with me on the grand tour...

Some sections of the map were barely readable due to the dullness of the colours. The amount of information that’s put on the globe is impressive but the appearance was unexpectedly dull. I returned the product.

My husband wanted a globe for our granddaughters and this one fit the bill. Our 7 year old spent quite a bit of time looking at it and feeling the raised mountains, she even pointed out an area with no mountains so we looked for more. The light is enough for a night light or an accent light. The quality of the globe is fine, yes it is plastic but everything these days are so I wasn't expecting anything else. It suits our needs so we are happy.
