Its amazing i wish I found it before ! It does a great job at deshedding!

We had tried a few types of brushes for our dogs, but this one is fantastic! Easy to brush through their longish coat, gets to the undercoat and reduces shedding. This has made a huge difference in the amount of hair on the floor! Love this brush!

I love this Furminator. It works very well, and my dog doesn't seem to mind it at all.

After three years, I finally purchased a Furminator and glad I did. This really gets to my dogs undercoat and the loose hairs. I noticed that when I use on a regular basis, there is much less hair floating around the house. Perfect for those times of the year when there is extra shedding.

I have long been a fan of the Furminator product line. I have had several and have purchased them for family and friends. They work well. There are other de-shedding tools that are much simpler in design and work far better and are easier on your pet in my opinion. I think that it is much a personal choice decision and would depend on your specific needs and the pet you with which you would be using Furminator Undercoat deShedding Tool on.The Furminator is well made and is sturdy. When the comb is full of hair, the simple push of the button on top allows one to easily removal the hair from the tool. The same mechanism that releases the hair also acts as a shield to protect the comb when it is not in use. Note that the Furminator Undercoat deShedding Tool DOES NOT cut any hair. It simply removes loose hair and helps to untangle matting.I gave it 4 stars because it is a good product. I just think that there are better choices.

My typical daily routine was to:1. Use the Hertzko deshedding tool2. Use 2 Evercare pet hair remover gloves3. Use an Evercare magic lint brush4. Finish up with an extra sticky tape lint rollerAND THERE WAS STILL FUR ON MY PUG!I just finished using the FURminator deshedding tool and in less than 5 minutes I could tell this was much more effective than all my other deshedding tools used together. I wish I had known how well this tool worked before I wasted money on the previous devices. If you have a pet shedding problem I would highly recommend starting with the FURminator before you try anything else. The only minor glitch (and of no consequence to me) is the defurring guard doesn’t work very well but it does serve well to protect the teeth which need to be sharp to work properly. Just keep the guard down unless you’re grooming with it.

Great at removing dog hair and the east push release is great. Has helped with shedding!
