I've used this product for over 10 years - I used to buy it directly from Dr. Gismondi before he started selling it on Amazon. It really helps relieve aches & pains. I feel like it works in a way other pain creams don't because it seems to help actually heal the ailment. I don't have an ongoing pain issue - no arthritis or anything like that - so when I use it, it's because I've tweaked something while exercising. I put it on before bedtime & the next morning, it's amazing how much better it feels. My kids use it too when they hurt something in dance or baseball - elbows, ankles, etc. Anything that's inflamed or achy. Ir's very strong so I use a tissue to apply it so that I don't get it on my hands & then accidentally rub my eyes and get in them. Give it a try. You will be impressed.

This cream works! I suffer with chronic joint pain, especially my left ankle. This is helping to save my one remaining kidney. I use to eat ibuprofen to deal with the crippling pain in my ankle. I can't take ibuprofen like I use to since my operation. This works as effectively as the ibuprofen, without damaging my kidney.

I have RA in both inter knees and hands. I see Dr Linda Zackaryis in Edmond Ok, and see told me about it. I order I jars of it from Amazon, and I am not happy with the product. I have use it as directed and I got no relief. I want to know how I go about sending them back and getting a full refund.
