Good, flexible, lightweight double light. Good for supplemental light to read by. Like that both sides are flexible, can be set separately at gooseneck part, and the light heads themselves can also be moved to different positions to get light exactly where you want it. Clip holds sturdy on book, music stand. Goosenecks don't drop but stay where you put them. Has 3 different light settings (normal, warm, bright). Easy to position so that you can see what you need to see without light shining in your eyes or anyone else's. Great price, too.

I ordered this because a different lamp never made it to my house. I am SO glad I had to keep looking and found this one! It's perfect for me! It uses regular batteries, is small and lightweight, the two lights work independently, so you can use only one if that's enough, or both if you want a very bright or wide range of light. I use it to see the computer keys at night when I need to, so I only need one light, and it clips onto a stand that I have, which is rather thick, so I was very happy to see it works on the stand, as well as standing on its own... I LOVE this little lamp. And it does NOT have to be charged, just put some fresh batteries in and it's ready to go! Very happy I found it!

I wear corrective lenses (glasses) to read. I am usually bothered by large bright lights during the day or at night; however I am an avid reader and in order to be more comfortable I chose to purchase this light.My requirements for the light included:Wireless options - so the battery or USB options were great hereAdjustable positioning - was important so that I could ensure light could hit the entire page instead of just the top and cascading down. This light does that. In fact, one of the reasons I chose this light was having separate lights that I could point at each side of the book.Bright light - was a must given the astigmatism issues. I believe the cool light setting does the best job in this regard.I have attached photos of a few different things:1. The normal way I would position the lights to read with the cool setting on.2. A closer light position with the cool setting in an attempt to eliminate the shadows in the bottom corners of the pages, strangely more pronounced on the left though that could be an angle issue since I've only just started in this book.3. The close position with warm light setting.4. The close position with natural light setting.I find the cool light setting to be the best for my vision to clearly read all words on the page. The warm light setting is nearly unusable for me and I will likely never use it. The natural light setting would be a softer option, though quite a bit of shadowing at the corners. My phone camera is perhaps more efficient with low lighting than my eyes are, so the issues are less pronounced in the photos than they are in real life for me.I have not used the light on battery power because it did not arrive in time for use through the hurricane power outages despite saying it would arrive Tuesday well before tropical storm conditions would begin late Wednesday due to delays in transit.Overall I would recommend for anyone with astigmatism issues so long as you were not counting on using the warm setting. There is a chance your astigmatism is less pronounced than mine and you would do just fine, I suppose.I rated it one less star because it does not eliminate all shadows, I can only use 2/3 settings, and the plug for the USB cord is not aligned properly - the plastic casing partially covers the plug area - so I broke the cable it came with by trying to pry it in place. I used a higher quality cable I had already and was able to pry it in successfully without bending the metal of the cable end.I am looking forward to many comfortable hours of reading with this light.I hope this review helped other who are as at attentive to details as I am.Cheers! This is hands down the best clamp on light for a reading. The brightest setting is sufficient for clipping to your headboard and still being able to read. No need to clamp it to the book. Great product for the price and much better than another one on Amazon for that same price. Highly recommend this.

The first one only lasted a year. The cord frayed. The second one lasted for years. This is the third one. Works great. Exactly as it supposed to function. Would give it as a gift!

light worked for one day - after charge lamp drained fast BUT what I didn’t know is ‘lamp’s connector’ is a small flat cheesy little opening and it’s difficult inserting charger cable in to reading light socket. I had great expectations but soon disappointed after delivery.
