Audio Channels Reversed
This adapter has one function...to convert a digital signal to analog and pass it to speakers or headphones. Arguably, the most fundamental element of "quality" in a stereo audio signal is the left-channel, right-channel split. Before even getting to frequency response, balance, etc., the adapter's main job is to keep the left signal on the left and the right signal on the right. But this adapter doesn't. (At least mine doesn't. Since I only own one, I don't know if it's a chronic problem or just a defect in mine.) I'd be curious for others who own this device to go to audiocheck [dot] net and use the left / right stereo sound test there to verify their adapters. If it's like mine, it'll be reversed. Surprise! That's why your music sounds so weird through the TriLink adapter. Also, the frequency response through the TriLink, esp. high frequencies, is abysmal. In fairness, at this price-point, that's to be expected. But come on...we're really not bothering to keep the left on the left and the right on the right?

U11 compatibility
Left and right audio was backwards for the HTC u11 even with the replacement. I would say it isn't compatible. I tried it on s8 galaxy same thing. But it was built pretty well all things considered.

High hopes, but disappointed in the end.🙁
This connector started off with a bad experience. To start, plugging in my headphones into the 3.5 side was nearly impossible. I had to force it to even plug in.I've had it for a few months now. One issue that came up repeatedly is that my headphones never stayed plugged in all the way. I always have to push it back into the jack for it to recognize that it was plugged in.Another problem is, the wire is failing completely and I have choppy audio with bad call quality. The wiring near the type C adapter is so bad that I have to hold it at a certain angle just to get clear audio. The next is the call volume controls sometimes just don't work at all. I have to unplug and plug back in again.I've only had this for about 5 months and I have to purchase a new adapter. The sound quality is great when it works and that's all I can really say positive about this. My recommendation is look elsewhere. 🙁

Good quality for the money I paid
Pretty good sound quality. Volume controls on the headphone work as expected. Satisfied considering the money I paid.

Well worth it
Cut out only one time. Other than that, works great. Came in handy when forgot to charge wireless earbuds for work related phone calls.

Does not work on the Galaxy Note 10+
I can't say whether these are any good or not but they didn't work for the purpose I needed. They do not work on the GALAXY NOTE 10/10+

Works perfectly
It's a simple plug and play concept. I tested it with my Beats headphones and my Jabra Evolve 80 noise cancelling headphones. Both worked flawlessly! Would highly recommend.Pros:1) Very compact2) No issues with sound quality3) Simply plug and playCons:None.

Save your money.
I mean, it works. But everyone says I sound "far away." My other one sounds better. Meh. Save your money. I'd ask for a return but it just isn't worth the effort to have to drive somewhere to send it back. (For reals Amazon that defeats the purpose of delivery convenience.)
