A well tolerated supplement for a person like me who has problems taking many supplements

These really worked for me. I’ve tried this brand before and always had good results. It’s worth the investment. I have to take mine with food or they can make me a bit nauseous but I am like that with all supplements. I took them for one month and my menstrual cycle improved dramatically the following month. A lovely natural B mix and so important for hormone health. Very happy.

As a vegan I've been a little concerned my B-vitamin count was low. It's less about my B12 intake, which is already controlled like the Veg1 tablets. It's the rest of the B-vitamins.So I thought I'd try these. I take one before sleep each night.I'm sure that I have a better night's sleep when I do take them, compared to when I don't. I've not even googled to look into whether this is a scientific likelihood. I just feel more refreshed in the morning.Although they are pretty expensive compared to all other B-specific supplements, and the claims about how they're manufactured looks like crazy pseudoscience, I'm going to keep with them for the moment.

It is alwas hard to tell if vitamins are working, but if the well thought out packaging is anything to go by, I have high hopes. The pack is small, sturdy and compact. Many reviewers seem to not like the package as its hard to open, but in my opninion, it is only stiff to open as the seal is extremely good and seems airtight. I believe it will stand the test of time with opening and closing 30 times, for the daily pill, and keep the pills fresh.

I love that these are natural! I was feeling very lethargic before taking this, and I noticed a difference in my energy levels afterwards. I guessed that I was probably low in B vitamins, especially B12 because I eat a predominantly plant based diet.I also love that these capsules aren't made with anything funny like most are. The packaging is recyclable which is a big plus for me. I hate how many plastic bottles I've got through with other multi vitamins. Good job 'Together'.

Excellent B-Complex supplements, feels like a genuine natural B Complex and not a pill full of chemicals. I have been taking them for 3 months now, feel better, alert and energetic. The content of B vitamins in this tablet is well tolerated by the stomach,as it is just the right amount, and not 1000's % like other pills that do a lot of damage in long term. Will comment again in 6 months or so how I am going as I will be taking these daily (feel free to send me a reminder in case I forget)
