This yeast will always Blume and has never let me down. I go through a lot of these containers a year both the Active dry and bread machine yeast. I keep it in the refrigerator after I open it and it works great. I even had one I kept in the freezer and forgot it was there. I opened it up and used it. It was a year and a half passed its expiration date. No problem it worked great.

Sometimes when you buy yeast, it just doesn’t work well. I haven’t had any issues with breads made with this yeast. Performs as it should.

So far so good I’m making plenty of bread with my bread maker and the yeast seems to be pretty good quality. I’m happy.

This is my go to yeast for my Zojirushi bread maker. Every loaf pops up just perfect. I am not sure about other use cases but for me, it’s what I’d use every time.
