How to dissolve Soy Protein Easily
Please note that Soy Protein is only properly dissolved in warm or hot water.Quality of product and the price offered are really good.Cant say much for body builders as I didn't test it for workouts

Worst taste, forming cream
This is not at all drinkable, forming a cream if idle for a couple of seconds

It may be good as protein but it has bland and weird in taste also if used in chapati ,it comes difficult to make the bread keeps crumbling .

Genuinely good
The product quality is good, smooth texture and its taste and its mixability is slightly better than other soya protein that I've tried recently. Its protein content and amino acid profile is also better. Though the packet I received has a minor issue that its zip lock doesn't work, that can happen sometimes with the packaging but it was completely sealed above the zip lock.

Amazing protein source!!
I had used AsItIs Pea Protein before this. That one's taste was just horrible. In comparison to that, this Soy Protein's taste is much more doable. I add around 2 spoons of chocolate horlicks for 25g of this powder (I have a separate scoop). As for mixability, again it's doable & much better than the Pea Protein. And muscle gain has been quite amazing as I'm able to achieve 80-90g protein per day with this. For me, digestion was good. Much cheaper than whey, costlier than soyabeans. So, pretty good for the price. 💯

Resend the Green packet NOT the orange one please!
The product is well packed with no chance for adulteration. So what they say you get. That's the impressive part. Disgests quick Not fun having UNFLAVOURED. But its 30g protein and 0.5g Carbohydrates Unfortunately the display shows a GREEN packet they sent me an ORANGE one. One is 30g the other 27g PROTIEN Waiting for a refund to reorder !
