Arrived in an envelope, the small bix that help it all a mess, the baggie inside was open, looked like a return. I have a samsung galaxy 6 cell and it barely fit, tight. Made pretty sturdy, I am only using it for my treadmill so not sure how good ut would be on an outside bike, I am gonna try it on my bike at some point. If it fits your phone should work well. Wouldnt fit with a thick case on phone.

I can not get it to clamp. When I try to turn the screw nothing cathches.What is wrong and how do I fix it?

Its very sturdy and easy to install. I dont regret buying this one. My phone is well secured whenever I go for a bike ride.
