Hello These bags are excellently made and very good quality. You won’t be disappointed at all. They also come with a bag to keep then stored very well and protected from damage. The parcel arrived very well wrapped indeed and the attention to detail in the care the company proved is superb. The company is a small family run Buisness I’ve since found out and they are a very delight to cummunicate with as I’ve now bought 4 bags from them. Burgundy. Navy. Green & red. All made very well indeed. The bags go over the shoulder or as a bac-pack. If you buy a bag from them you know you will get a well made bag from a company that really cares about there product and you as a customer. I can’t rate them height then 5 star but I would if I could. From a very happy lady. Sherie.

I love this bag. I have had several compliments about it when using it. Unfortunately, it is not big enough for me for everyday use, so I only use it when I go out in the evenings. This is my own fault as the measurements are stated. The service from Danni was excellent and I would certainly not hesitate in recommending this supplier. In the meantime, I will have to continue to find an everyday rucksack bag that is as nice as this one.

UPDATED: since the original review below, Dannii Matthews came back to me and apologised for getting it wrong and have offered to replace the bag. I feel it only fair to commend their changed stance.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought this bag from Dannii Matthews for my daughter and she loves it. Sad to say, one of the clasps on the straps broke (see photo) and I thought the best thing to do would be to go back to Dannii Matthews and see whether they could either get it fixed or replace it. I got a quick response from them - but they quoted the fact that the returns period was past, so they couldn't do anything about it. Dannii Matthews didn't suggest any alternative, it was, effectively, a hand in the face. Personally, I find this to be extremely bad customer service. For that reason I wouldn't recommend buying this bag from Dannii Matthews - there seem to be many other sellers out there from whom you can purchase it.But we did end up getting our money back via Amazon - who were brilliant. So, rather than take ownership of the problem and provide some customer service, Dannii Matthews chose not to accept liability. If Dannii Matthews had pointed us in the direction of Amazon and apologised for the inconvenience - effectively give us some customer service - I wouldn't be writing this negative review of them.I’d repeat that the bag is great (apart from the clip breaking).

OMG. It's the most beautiful, luxury shoulder/backpack handbag I own. Pure Italian leather in dark grey + rich tan mock ostrich texture. Perfect size. I can't say enough about the quality but the price... That's absolutely amazing too. What a g8 bargain. Definitely will be buying another one (or two !).

Fantastic product!! I’ve had one of these bags before that I bought at a craft fair, it lasted 4 years and is now looking shabby so I was looking for a new bag. Then by chance I found this. It’s a brilliant bag, really well made and I love the compartments so that things don’t roll around and get lost. The colour choice were great and the colour came much nicer and richer than the photo.My absolute favourite feature is the phone pouch which is large enough to fit even the most modern smartphones comfortably so that they don’t get lost or scratched in your bag. The delivery was also excellent as it arrived next day even though it said it would take a week.Would definitely recommend this bag to anyone!

My Mother purchased one of these bags in a local store and paid over £60, my Nan liked it so much she asked for one for her birthday but it was out of my price range. Thought I’d look on Amazon and found this. Fantastic value for money and is the exact same bag as the more expensive one purchased by my Mother. My Nan was so pleased and so was I.

As a busy mum I still like to look professional and stylist but there are times when I need my hands free and the ease of which this bag changes to a rucksack/backpack is fantastic. With one quick move I can put it on my back and feel secure as the straps wrap over the zip stopping the opportunist from retrieving items.If the contents of the bag weigh heavy on my shoulder when I have been passed all the purses, hairbands, fast food toys... then I can easily transfer the weight to two shoulders.It also looks great!

This is excellent quality for such a reasonable price. I ordered the dark green and cannot fault it. It is a present for a friend and I know she will love it. I am very tempted to order one for myself as it has nice long handles so will go easily over my shoulder. It arrived really quickly and was well packaged. Great!
