I've purchased the fine ground Pink Himalayan for over a year. I have a serious sodium deficiency so, not only do I salt my food, but I drink this salt in my water every day, all day. It's great! Good flavor, happy I found it since I drink it so much! It's excellent in my food, love the price for the amount I receive. It's the only salt I use. I drink my salt water from big, thick plastic glasses every time. I keep a long fork in it & stir- it dissolves well! It does leave some residue/discoloration after washing. That happens with salt, it's normal & not a problem for me. My glasses are my dedicated salt water glasses. This product is full of flavor and sourced well. This salt has quie a few more minerals then the salt that we used prior.

This is an excellent salt ... good flavor, good smell,The color is a great pink.There are 84 trace minerals, and I can already tell an increase in energy after switching to this salt.My doctor told me that my body was depleted of trace mineral. This is the one recommended ....Expensive, but the newfound energy in just a few days has been very rewarding!

Recently I found out that rock salt and in particular, Pink Himalayan salt, contains much less micro plastic and nano plastic than sea salt, which used to be regarded as healthier salt than regular table salt. Pride of India is a great source of healthier salt with many trace micro minerals as well as the sodium. That said, ensure you get enough iodine as this salt does not have the added iodine (although it may be there in trace amounts.) All in all, a great salt, great texture and taste.

I have been purchasing this product for quite a while now and noticed the last two times the salt did not have the egg smell as before. I am wondering if this product is as pure as it was before or if it has changed.
