Honestly can’t go wrong with this one. It tastes really good, and does everything you need from a pre. Can’t complain especially for the price.

I’m really pleased with how this has helped me focus more during my work outs. It provides an extra kick to get me started and I feel my workouts have been longer and more effective. It has a pleasant taste and mixes well. It’s also one of the more reasonably priced pre workouts I’ve seen.

This is a good pre for beginners, the first couple weeks I used this pre I was wired and got nasty pumps however after about a 2 week the effects died down I'm currently at the point of taking 3 scoops and not feeling anything. This could be the fact I use this pre 6 days a week but I feel no extra energy or pump.I eat nutritious meals, sleep 8+ hours and drink plenty of water so I'm already pretty energetic (it's important to note that you should be healthy when taking pre as this isn't a substitute for energy)The taste could be better it's pretty strong and bitter, but I usually down the pre instead of sipping it so it's not much of an issue for me.All in total I would choose this pre of it's your first experience with pre workout however if your a little more adapt to pre I would get a more formulated pre. (Do your research)

it's a decent pre workout supplement. feel a good buzz in the gym.the title of this product is misleading though, the tub does not provide 50 servings but rather 50 scoops. Each serving is 2 scoops....just something to be aware of.

Tried this on the off chance as my usual pre-workout ran out.This is now my go to ....if you like that tingly itchy body feeling this will do the job.Also doesn't make me go all bloated like some other brands do.
