Alka- Seltzer Plus ASP SEV COLD FLU NIGHT 6S 2DZ, honey lemon, 6 Count

I wish this was easier to find, because in our experience it is by far the best "hot liquid cold/flu remedy" out there. The fizzy pills and capsules aren't nearly as effective. This review is for the Night version, and as I type my husband is snoring in the bedroom. Seriously, this will knock you out. Do not, I repeat, do NOT take this and plan to drive somewhere in a n hour or so. If you have to do anything that requires consciousness, take the day version. They both are great. They WORK. I would give them six stars if I could.

I have always really liked this medicine, it really makes you feel better quickly

It works great just make sure you go to bed before it turns you into a zombie

This is the only thing that will help me fall asleep when my sinuses are stuffed. I had a sinus infection that was absolutely the worst one I ever had, and my normal remedy of Nyquil and decongestant was just NOT working. I couldn't sleep because my sinuses were so congested. I had a sample pack of one of these from years ago, so I tried it -- instant relief! I went on Amazon and was relieved they had just the nighttime packs on here. Absolutely worked for me.
