HarbingerPolypropylene Dip Belt with Steel Chain

I'm very small, but this belt works well for me. Easy to use. Has held up. I don't put an extreme amount on the chain, so can't speak to load capacity.

I purchased this Weight Dip belt so that I could add to the difficulty in performing pullups, chin-ups, and dips. Adding weight is an easy way to greatly increase the difficulty and results from body exercises. I have been stuck at being able to perform about 15 pull ups for a long time despite work on a rowing machine and lat pull downs machines. Every time I hop up expecting to do a couple extra pull ups but end with the same result. After a few weeks of doing pull-ups with an extra 25 lbs of weight strapped to me, I can know hit close to 20 pull ups without weight.This belt is a quality made belt that is comfortable to wear. To use it you throw the belt around you then run the chain from one side through the second loop. You then run the chain through the hole in a plate and clip it back to wear you started. The weight sits comfortably below your crotch and between your knees. This belt will be the only one you will ever need to buy unless of course you somehow loose it.I did not receive any discounts or free products for providing this review of Harbinger's dip belt. The belt was simply high quality and a great product. If this is an item you are looking for it will be exactly what you want and you want need to search for a better one in the future. Very durable belt and has a great look and feel.

Very well made belt that works well for weighted dips and pull ups. It feels like it could take much more than the weight limit advertises.

I'm 6'7" so wasn't sure about buying a belt and using the stock chain. If you use weights that have a handle you shouldn't have problems loading 2 or 3, 45's. I don't think I could if I had to go through the center of the plates though. The D-Ring is solid and the belt is comfortable so for the price of this belt + $10 on a caribiner (one of those screw on clasps) and a longer chain it's well worth it.

This belt is a great value. I bought it from Amazon a few weeks ago at $27 and now it's $23. A no brainer at the current price. I haven't used any other dip belts so I can't compare but this one works great so far. It's comfortable and easy to use. Just thread the chain through a plate and clip it to the D-ring. I've loaded about 45lbs on it and its held up just fine. I think it could hold a lot more too. Perfect for weighted dips and pullups on my power rack. I haven't tried a leather one but I can't see how it'd be any better than this one. It's cheaper than leather too and just as durable. If anything breaks on this belt it would be the chain. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

Awesome, designed really well for it's price. No discomfort at all wrapped around my waist.Be careful of the harbinger as it is a tad bit sharp and slightly cut my finger's skin. I was a bit careless though hooking it to chain quickly. It is very solid and has a strong spring to make sure the chain is locked in.

I use this belt to perform weighted pull-ups and dips. I have used it to hold 55 lbs so far, but it can easily handle much more. The belt sits comfortably around the hips and i have had no issues with slippage of any kind when the belt has weight pulling it down. The chain is long enough for the weight to be out of the way (most guys will understand what I mean by this). Overall a great product, and well worth the purchase price! Highly recommend it to anyone looking to add weight to their work out routine.
