Parchment paper is a godsend for baking! Saves on wear and tear on cookie sheets. Helps to cook evenly. Cost is pretty reasonable.

Good strong quality. So useful and versatile, and pieces can be reused when just heating up croissants, etc. Useful for protecting food items from contact with plastic and aluminum or Teflon surfaces.

Thick paper, very useful for making food not stick to baking dishes. Makes unpanning a cake super fool proof. Lay down a piece about as long as your pan, put your pan upside down on the parchment cut around the pan the snip a small cut from each corner into the middle and you won't have trouble getting the parchment to lay in the pan, as with any parchment. Note, this is baking parchment and is coated with wax.

This parchment paper does exactly what it promises—it stays flat. No more wrestling with corners that curl up and stick to your cookie dough. It tears cleanly, lays perfectly on baking sheets, and handles everything from roasted veggies to delicate cookies without sticking or scorching.The quality feels a notch above the usual grocery store rolls, and it really does make cleanup easier. My only gripe is that I went through the roll faster than I expected. It’s 36 feet, which sounds like a lot, but once you start using it for everything (which you will), it disappears.Still, for how convenient and reliable it is, I’d definitely buy it again—just maybe grab two next time.

The best parchment paper in the market in my opinion I love using it it’s durable and can handle a lot of heat. Would definitely recommend this product.
