Very helpful book for learning great techniques for life coaching.

I’m not sure, if this was your foundational book, it would be enough to help you become a life coach, but it’s a solid book. I enjoyed the first half much more than the second, the references and scientific ideas were very valuable. I would use it as the very loose skeleton of your coaching framework, filling in many of the books that this one references. There simply isn’t enough depth.

Very concise text on the Coaching process. Using it for class and enjoying the audible copy while commuting daily. Very dense and full of information related to the subject.

This book was worth the money and has wonderful complete information from cover to cover that goes in depth and is also easy to understand.

This is a great resource for a coach to have. I wish I had found it earlier.

If you’re even slightly thinking of coaching, read this book, devour it and let it soak in. The exercises are great to work on and to think through for yourself and will give you a good grounding in the art of coaching.A great read and richly thought provoking.

Very easily outlined and written. Jam packed with relevant information for either a new coach or a coach who just wants to review best practices and techniques on an ongoing basis. This is one of those 'go to' books you can refer to again and again to keep your coaching skills honed. GREAT reference book!
