I maybe one of the few ladies around that does not enjoy to get a pedicure but I benefit from them as I tend to have thickened areas on my heels that need a little more attention. Each file is double sided. One side is much coarser and is the side you use first to trim down the thickened skin quickly and safely. The other side is a much finer texture that takes care of the over all smoothing process to leave you with ultra soft, smooth heels that look and feel healthier. What I do after use is simply rinse it off with a bit of soap and water to remove any remain debris allow it to dry and it is ready for the next use. The set is great and very handy and easy to use either in lieu of pedicures or to maintain smoothness in between professional pedicures.

I'm typically a skeptic with products online but with the quarantine, this is my only option. Had to do my own man-pedi. Let's say I was pleasantly surprised that this foot scrubber worked! It has a nice long handle to comfortably reach your heels and all over your feet, has a nice feel. I have smoother heels now with such a simple tool - Very happy! (btw, I highly recommend the solinger GERMAN MADE callous remover blades as I used that in conjunction with this foot scrubber)

Best foot file I have ever used. One side takes care of hard calluses, while the other side smooths everything out. Expect at least 6 uses to see amazing results. After using it I would put cocoa butter on my heels and wear socks to bed. My feet and heals are like a babies.

You must buy these if you have dry heel today was the 3 time that I used this foot file and my foot feel completely different is soft and silky

Wish I had taken before and after pics. I have tried a LOT of foot files, etc., over the years and NEVER used anything as amazing as this. BIG fan!!!
