Alpine SXE-1725S 80W 6.5" 2-Way Type-E Coaxial Speakers W/ Mylar-Titanium Tweeters,black

After replacing all 4 factory speakers in my 09 Sonata, these speakers sound fantastic. Much better than the original speakers. It took some time to install as the factory speakers were riveted in. Then the next issue was that these speakers needed a mounting adapter, so I ended up using a Dremel, cut out the old speakers from the enclosures and mounted these awesome speakers in them. What I found interesting was that these speakers did not come with a wire harness to connect to the speakers. At this price point I thought they would but fortunately, I had some connectors and attached them to the speaker so they can just be plugged in like the factory speakers. The Bass , midrange and high notes are clear. Makes up for not including a wire harness for them. I would purchase again if needed for my wife's car.

These speakers are affordable and durable. They are great quality entry-level speakers and are priced appropriately. I got them for $22 dollars (CA taxed&shipped). Yes, that is pretty awesome. $22 dollars for a pair of Alpine speakers? That is a deal that is hard to beat, or pass up on. Anyways, I have an Alpine MRP-F300 amplifier powering four of these and they do sound amazing. They seem to take anything you throw at them (within their specs anyways). At high(max) volumes, they do not sound as nice as my high-end ($300+ a pair) MB Quarts, JL Audios, and Rockford Fosgates. BUT at low and medium volumes, they sound just about the same and I couldn't really tell the difference. Well, I thought the tweeters were just a little sharp compared to the high-end speakers, but some people actually like their tweeters sounding super-crisp and sharp( like my cousin lol). For an entry level speaker though, these speakers are unbelievably good. I am very impressed with these speakers and highly recommend them.

For the price, it's worth it. For my 2016 Ford Fusion, I did need to buy the wire harness because it has a connector. Ford factory speaker has a connector built into the speaker housing. The Alpine speaker doesn't fit in the hole on the door as it comes from box. You need a bracket which I didn't have. So I cut out the center of the old speaker, cut one end of the makeshift bracket so it could expand and grinded ot the inside ribs and tabs. Then i had to use screws to fasten the speaker to the inside of the modified bracket. Mounting it on the door hole, 2 screws lined up and the third on the door had to be screwed in at an angle with a hole I had to make with my drill but it worked and the speaker was mounted snugly. Takes some work but it can be done. Speaker sounds great.

I must say, I was leery. I just bought a E320 Mercedes, and the Stereo had a little to be desired, I bought a Pioneer AVH-X2700BS and had a couple Pioneer amps laying around, so I put them in the car, and immediately blew out one of the Factory Harmon Kardon Speakers. I ordered these Alpine SXE-1725S's, and replaced all the HK's. The sound, running a dedicated (cheap) 4 channel Pioneer 400 Watt RMS Amp is excellent. No Bass through these like the HK's, but I didn't expect a 5" cone to produce any decent bass. Mids and Highs are crystal clear, much better than the stock HK's. I have had some very High-end systems, and this is not to be compared to those, this isn't competition grade, but for the price? They sound great. I am running the factory Sub off another amp, and it adds enough Bass to balance everything out perfectly. Great if you are on a budget like me and just want some good sound.

These speakers are good quality and easy to install in most vehicles. In 07 Canyon you have to disassemble the stock speakers to mount or drill new mounting holes. This the trucks fault NOT the speakers. I would recommend them good value for the money

Speakers sound good but a little soft. Not much bass. Installed in a Nissan maxima with an existing nose system so that's why. The ohm's on the existing system is 2 or less whereas these speakers are 4 ohms. But for the price these are a good purchase. Overall satisfied.

Installed these in the front doors of my 2000 Subaru Forester to replace the ones that were distorting. Had to modify the plastic mount but once installed they sounded quite good. I wouldn't say they were fantastic but for the price they were a great replacement for the old factory ones.

I'm using these speakers mounted in my living room walls for a DC home-audio system that I've been putting together. Besides being extremely cool and getting a lot of "Why do you have speakers in your walls? Wait, you did what??", it sounds pretty good. Right now I'm just running these on 14W of deck power and they get loud enough. I usually get the Pyles or Boss speakers for my budget systems and I think these run on par with the Pyles, but lack the range that I've found in Boss 3-ways. In other words, they're good for being extremely inexpensive, but don't expect a lot of diverse sound from $10/each speakers. I would rate them the following (expectations and "10" rating relative to price): Highs: 8/10 Mids: 6/10 Lows: 3/10 Build construction: 8/10 Looks: 7/10 They do not come with speaker grills, and given that they're in my living room, that was kind of a letdown. I wanted some cool grills to cover them, but that's okay. I plan on running them hard when I get my 5-channel and as soon as I blow them out I'll get some better quality ones for replacement.

Usato per rigenerare impianto stereo di un Mitsubishi Pajero Pinin del 2000. Impianto: Autoradio radio Sony 4x45W + 4 diffusori Alpine SXE-1725S + cavi alimentazione autoradio 2,5mmq +1,5mmq da autoradio a casse in sostituzione di quelli di serie + supporti in legno multistrato per casse. Genere musicale: U2, Red Hot Chili Pepper, da CD ... (NO musica: Unz Unz Unz, NO MP3 ) Suono: veramente pulito e dinamico, parlo da persona competente ed abituata ad impianti stereo anche da competizione, queste casse se abbinate ad una buona sorgente vi daranno un ottima qualità acustica, tonda e piacevole sempre nitida e calda, nel mio caso nonostante una radio Sony che ha un immagine sonora spostata troppo sui bassi, il suono è pulito, dinamico, caldo e nitido. Potenza: delle casse perfettamente idonea ad essere ascoltata al interno di un auto, se volete che vi sentano anche a 1Km allora non adatte, Allego video dove si evidenzia la dinamica delle casse e si apprezza l'assenza di distorsioni anche a volumi al limite della potenza della cassa. Consiglio vivamente l'acquisto perchè il rapporto qualità prezzo è imbattibile, ho provato anche altre casse equivalenti anche più costose ma le ho sostituite subito. Chi le critica o paragona o casse più economiche evidentemente ha problemi nel impianto del auto che non le fanno lavorare come dovrebbero e ne limitano la resa. a disposizione per chiarimenti Roberto

Ces haut-parleurs sont excellents avec mon KDC-BT858U qui dégage 17 watts R.M.S. ou 50W MAX/canal (pour les connaisseurs)C'est comme si j'avais un système audio d'auto flambant neuf pour remplacer mes haut-parleurs d'origine de mon Silverado 2005 qui ont pourri parce qu'ils sont trop proches du plancher....(Neige,pluie,sloche,calcium,etc, en sont venus à bout après 15 ans d'usure). Excellent sur toute la ligne:Les basses,midrange et aigÜes très bonne qualité (avec ce modèle audio qui a un bass booster pour les amateurs ainsi qu'une fonction loudness pour amateurs de boom-boom...dans un véhicule!Lol...) Conseil général à tous ceux et celles qui veulent changer leurs haut-parleurs de portes SURTOUT s'ils sont TRÈS près du plancher: -Débarrassez-vous du "protecteur en tissu" du haut-parleur!Avec nos hivers,il ramassent l'humidité et la moisissure au début de l'hiver ...et ne sèche pas avant le printemps et empêche la circulation d'air apportée par votre système de chauffage de votre véhicule.En suivant cette suggestion,vous allez augmenter la longévité de vos haut-parleurs et garder la qualité du son. Goede weergave van hoog en laag. Laag is erg strak en mooi maar niet op windkracht tien, dan beginnen ze moeilijk te doen. Volume is ruim voldoende voor een auto. Goede aankoop en prettig geprijst.
