I read the reviews before getting my tea so I know exactly what I was getting.The tea taste horrible but add some organic honey and it’s less worse .It’s made from a leaf so what do you expect?lol.If this helps me get healthier and might help with myMigraines then I will continue to drink it .I googled cerasee and it’s says this natural herb is like a detox so only drink it for 9 days straight then take a break because too much can damage your organs .So I will do 9 days every month and see if it helps me and it also helps with constipation and after drinking yesterday I went to the bathroom today .Be back in a month to let you know.so far it’s a good buy to me even with the bad taste.

I purchased these tea bags because of the various health benefits but the taste is kind of pungent. So I steep one tea bag along with a flavorful fruity tea to counter balance the taste and still get the benefits from the Cerase Tea.
