The product is an aid to good health and fortifying my immune system.

I take this every morning with water only upon waking and let it work for 30 plus minutes to repair and heal my LEAKY GUT. Then I drink my morning beverage, take my meds and eat my breakfast. This product has worked wonders for me. I never miss a daily dose. This product is L-Glutamine NOT Glutamine. The L- in front of the word Glutamine is important according to my Pharmacist who is also educated in Nutrition. It has helped me, but again remember that everyone's digestive system is different and what works for one person may not work for another person.

Very helpful as a digestive aide for those with constipation and bloating issues.
