Boy, does this work fast! Like really fast. The taste was a little too sweet for me but I would definitely buy it again because of how effective it was. Just use the little cup provided and easy peasy. The size of the bottle was also a lot bigger than I thought it would be, but worth it because of the value.

It definitely works... I'd say this stuff has a 90% success rate of working (as I've had to use it 7 times.. 6 throughout last year and 1 time since this year started, and it worked everytime), there are about one or two downsides though (for me, at least)... the first one is that it might make you kinda nauseated after taking it. I usually fight this by sipping on tea and also drinking flavor water and regular water. The second downside is that it burns a little when coming out... I know that it's not just me because I've seen one other review mention this, but the fact that ONLY one review mentions this also means that this problem doesn't happen to everyone who takes it.... ANYWAYS, it's a really good product that i would recommend, just don't take too much because the effects could roll over into the next day. I usually take a little bit over 30mg on the measuring cup. I never take the full 60mg unless i feel like i really need it....

Didn't work so much for me

I’ve struggled with going regularly my whole life. To top it off, I take a constipating medication daily. I’ve been trying magnesium citrate but must not be taking a high enough dose…. It does nothing. I’ve even tried digestive enzymes, probiotics, miralax, and exlax chocolates. I hate most of those because I get really gassy and crampy.Of course I ordered this awhile back for my preschooler, who struggles with encopresis. It worked great during his colon clean out, but I never thought about trying it myself. My clothes this week haven’t been fitting and I feel so uncomfortable. On a whim, I decided to try a kids dose before bed.I took 15mL around 12:30am. I chugged it straight and took a chaser of water after. The taste is fine, didn’t linger. I was afraid I’d be running to the bathroom all night, but I didn’t feel any sort of urge to go until the next morning. I had a few tummy gurgles at one point, but was able to sleep fine. I drank lots of water before bed and when I woke up. I finally felt the need to “try” around 10:30am after my coffee. I can’t say I had explosive amounts or got anywhere near cleaned out, but I did have some movement finally! ZERO cramping or pain, which is surprising since it’s been at least a week.Prior to taking it, I literally looked like I was in my 2nd trimester. My stomach was SO hard, big, and bloated. After a few rounds in the bathroom I felt lighter and so happy!! My mood was better and I actually got stuff done around the house. My tummy is back to normal and my pants fit again. i even lost a few pounds.I’m going to stick with this method: a tiny dose before bed until I can devote an entire day to sitting in The bathroom. I’m a single mom with a special needs kiddo, so I can’t take time out like that! 😅 I’ll do it gradually.UPDATE: yes, your body will get used to this if taking it daily. Now I take it once or twice a week in a higher dose (30mL-45mL). Only once did I feel discomfort, but it was way less than enemas or milk of magnesia.Worth a try for sure. 👍🏼
