My gripe is with the keyboard. Most of us prefer a keyboard in the keys move to, say, a flat glass alternative. Those two categories of keyboard began to merge when physical keyboards became slimmer. And slimmer.Apple joined in the race, so that my 2017 MacBook Pro is stunningly slim thanks to a completely redesigned keyboard whose keys have very little travel. My first one was nothing but keyboard trouble — crazy stuff such as repeating the last couple of words in a sentence, and inserting a period followed by Upper case letter mid-sentence. Apple swapped it for a new one, which has since developed exactly the same problemsThe keyboard that comes with this case is so very thin that it’s own weight is insufficient to keep it still when in use. A magnet within the case solves that problem completely. I mention it only to convey an idea of how slight it is - more like an oversized credit card than a keyboard.I returned mine and bought a conventional case. I have a much more substantial portable keyboard which the iPad slots into. It is made by Logitech and works very well - with real keys that travel.

This was my first keyboard case for my iPad and it’s amazing!!! Leather feel , it folds under and the keyboard sits very comfortably right in front, easy to set up, and love the backlit keyboard and the keys feel really comfortable, it lasts forever til you have to recharge it and I like how it’s not connected so you can move it around. I highly recommend it !!!

The keyboard is everything from the spacing of the keys to being able to type without pressing down too hard. Also the lighting is just right and it is not too bright. It works perfectly if you need to do work on your iPad. Great product!!

I have not had this product even two years and the 7 backlights won't come on. When I initially turn on the keyboard, you can see a light come on but quickly turns off. I've tried pressing the light indicator keys but nothing happens. What could be wrong other than a bad keyboard??

The case and keyboard is very nice. It is a rechargeable keyboard and it isn't attached to the case so you can move it to make it more comfortable if needed. It connects by Bluetooth with is easy and painless. Types like normal so far so no complaint.

For the money, it feels cheap. The way the IPAD fits into the framing does not leave the buttons as exposed as I would like. It takes FOREVER and multiple tries to get the Keyboard to connect.So no, I would not buy this again.

I bought because it was capable with my IPAD Air (2019), which is a stretch. Buttons not aligned, makes hard to turn off/on, and volume control. Case looks good, better than nothing, but not much. Save your money, buy a more expensive model. I am holding out for more options, before I upgrade.

My son has only been using this iPad and keyboard for school, we've been in school for only one month and 3 keys have already popped off. Such a waste of money and they only give you ONE month to return after you've purchased. Ridiculous. Save your money and buy it somewhere they will back their product, not this piece of junk.
