Avon True Color Mousse Eyeshadow Soft Lilac

Even though in the product name it has the word "mousse", it is not a light texture, nor does it dry to powder form. It feels oily, heavy and the pigment is very light. It goes on a very sheer light lilac on my yellow skin, took couple coats for it to show up, and it does not stay on at all due to the "oiliness". I learned that any eye product that has a greasy / oily feel to it will crease unless it is supposed to dry to powder form. Well this one does not. Will not purchase again.
