This stuff helped me lose 5 stubborn pounds
I started taking when I went to the Acupuncturist. I noticed it suppressed my appetite. It also sped up my metabolism so that after exercising, and watching calories, it helped me lose 5 lbs of stubborn fat. I have a BMI scale and I didn't lose muscle either. Drinking a lot of water helps with the taste and results.
This nasty stuff works, drink lots of water, eat get on a good eating plan. I exercise 2-3 times a week not strenuous work out either. Get use to the taste hold your breathe swallow, don’t know what to tell you but figure it out with it.
