It came on time and with no surprises. I wanted a K2 that included both MK 4 and MK 7 and this delivered exactly as promised..

These K gel vitamins all stick together inside the pot, making them impossible to get out individually. They're an easy to swallow small tab size. Haven't noticed any health differences.
