One Spotted Giraffe Hardcover – September 11, 2012

We got this book at the library, and my 2 year old son loved it so much I ended up ordering it. It is a simple book, basically one of the count-to-10 types (parents will know what I mean). No real story, just cute counting and popups.The popups are very nice. Of course, as with all popup books, be prepared for your toddler to rip it!

A really cute book perfect for the younger crowd to show an actual physical number as you read. I will be using the book in story time when we learn about numbers. I find that pop-up books add a lot to the experience.

This was one of my sons favorite first books. The pull outs and large pictures lured him in and the counting of the animals sealed the deal. I highly recommend it for 8 month olds and above.

A great book for teaching counting. My son loves to lift the flaps on every page!

My son is 2 and LOVES this book! He knows all the animals and has memorized all the numbers. A great book to introduce numbers! Definately a book to read together as it is a pop-up book and has some fragile parts.

Creative and cute illustrations. I love how they use the animals to create the numerals. My daughter (1.5 years) enjoys pulling back the flaps.

This is my 9 month old son's favorite book since we introduced to him at 4 months. He loves looking at the animals, and the pop up numbers are well integrated as "animal numbers". He loves the illustrations. I have triplets and all three love the book. Highly recommended.
