This thing has released more than a few times, unintended, halfway through the pull on a 40 pound recurve bow. The trigger shoe itself has sharp edges (not sharp as in "will cut you" but pointy enough to be uncomfortable). When I tried to interact with the company, they said, "no need to return it. We will just return your funds 100%." When I asked them if there is no way to just adjust it, they said once again, just keep it and we will refund your full purchase price. And yet now when I start that process, they want me to drive a long way and return this at lowes or somewhere or send it back to them before they do that. Disappointing and inconsistent customer service, I must say, but certainly don't buy this as it is exactly what you would expect for the price you would pay.
