Thank you Sentire Med for giving me back my ability to get around with limited pain!
First let me say that I love my power chair, it actually is far better than a far more expensive power chair I purchased years ago, one that caused me more grief than relief from the many years of serious pain from degenerative bone deseise that required surgery, injections into my spine, in a number of areas, into my hips and even into lower back muscles that continue to break down due to my very limited mobility. Various treatments by dedicated Doctors and their increadible staffs, searching for ways to give me as much relief from my rather serious chronic pain that appears to have little or no real hope for real relief, at least until those wonderful and fantastic members of spine and pain clinics culminating in having, along with continued use of some serious pain medications I never believed I would ever become dependent on, and a medical device (a spinal chord stimulator, made by St. Jude) implanted into my lower back at last gave me some real relief from the pain I could not escape from until now. I now just needed a means of mobility that I could depend on, one that I could take with me so that I could get around on during my endless medical appointments at my hospital of choice (Piedmont Hospital), where I am being treated for a number of other medical challenges, such as cancer, etc. So, I now just needed a dependable answer to my prayers for a real means of transportation that I could really know would get me from point A to point B, and C, D, E and so on without fear of mechanical failure of some kind. My prayer was answered when my wife showed me the “FORZA D09 Deluxe Foldable Power Mobility Chair”, and although I searched (Amazon) for hours, I continued to always return to the “FORZA D09 Deluxe Foldable Power Mobility Chair”, reading all the reviews and studying all the technical features, comparing them to all the other folding power chairs I looked at, there was only one decision I could logically come to and that was to order the “FORZA D09 Deluxe Foldable Power Mobility Chair” and order it immediately, which I did without hesitation or delay. First of all I was blown away as to how fast I received my now hope for a reliable means to get around. My expectations were far exceeded, not only in how fast I received my new means of getting around, but in the quality of my new FORZA DO9! For the first time in years I was really excited about the prospect of having reliable, powerful and great looking means of getting around. So thank you “Sentire Med” for really “Making Daily Life Better”! I know you have made daily life much better for me, as well as my wife of 53 years, after all, as a 100% disabled Vet, my sweet Val is and has been my caretaker and needs all the help she can get and now she has it!

Lasting 6yrs +, through many many accidents. lol Works, and is wicked sturdy!
UPDATE April 2024: Can't recommend enough! After I squashed it--it still didn't break-- (see below) I got a new one. That one had lasted 4 yrs. This replacement has lasted 6 years and 3 months now and is still perfectly fine. Not a crack or bend or anything! It has transferred well to a new chair with a different type of arm than I'm used to (thought it is a bit loose. I've recently written to the company asking for advice because I am pretty sure I am not getting it right because I am a doofus and not due to the construction of the product. lol).UPDATE December 2017: After 4 years and 2 day from when I purchased this I FINALLY did it in by trapping myself at full speed in btween the door and the door jamb of a glass door in an office building. It wasn't the jam into the door but the squeeze in the hinges that did it. And it still didn't break off, just broke sidewise giving me time to get home and order a new one. Off to do that now. EXCELLENT product, highly recommended x 20! I've purchased it for another wheelchair user, too.UPDATE Aug 2017: This thing must be made from alien materials--it is STILL holding up after 3.5 years of constant use, on two different chairs with different-width and shape arms. I would have been more than willing to pay for a new one once a year but I STILL haven't had to replace my original! And yes, it is still subjected to--and still stands up to--to much punishment.ORIGINAL REVIEWI can see how this would fit nearly every chair type--clever but simple design. The included instructions are not terribly clear but you can go to to their website for a short video that demonstrates it. I had a question about the pads (how do I know if I need to use them or not) and wrote to the company and--are you sitting down?--heard back from them, on a weekend mind you, within 5 or 6 hours! Great service, great product, and--no need to ask how I know this lol--they do in fact stand up to impacts. Repeated impacts. With both regular walls and concrete walls.

It’s usable
It’s fine, not great but will work. I don’t understand why I’m using a 3K wheelchair and there doesn’t seem to be a regular cup holder for it. It’s not super stable and I don’t think taking it on and off when loading into car will be easy. Honestly, it reminds me of something my grandfather would put together in the 70’s. More of a contraption.

Fantastic customer service
I’ve had this product a good while. When it came, it was missing one of the Valco strips, but I was lazy and didn’t do anything about it until a week ago. The company immediately sent me a whole new unit with a letter of apology because it was missing the strap to begin with.It works perfectly with my wheelchair it points straight ahead rather to the side and mount very securely and doesn’t hit anything.

Functional, but beware of chair damage!!!
I got this for my brand new minivan that I thought could use a more conveniently placed cup holder for the kids. It has stayed in place even though the armrest it was attached to is narrow. However, when removing it to prep for a road trip and clean the car, I found the worst discoloration on the leather armrest. I am not certain, but it appears to have come from the rubber non slip pads that came with the armrest. It could be from the whole unit, but I cannot be sure. Just be advised, to be safe...i would wrap some sort of layer between the cup holder itself and the chair arm that you are attaching it to. Maybe plastic wrap and a towel. Again, functionally it works well, but it did major damage to my new car's leather arm rest. I cannot remove the stain and am buying a replacement armrest...not cheap.

Great drink holder
Fits perfect on the arm of my mobility cart. Very easy to install and holds a large drink cup securely.

Great addition to my new wheelchair!
I just love how easy it was to put it on the wheelchair arm. That will make it easy to take on and off if we need to. Great materials that they use to very sturdy. And it works! That's the most important thing.
