Requires an additional fitting
I bought this as a final piece in my water cooling loop. I had to find a way to drain my system easily when time comes for maintenance. This little thing is holding up pretty well. No leaks whatsoever. It does require a fitting (I used a compression fitting) to connect it to a tube. It's an additional cost but once setup, everything is great. I highly recommend it.

Love it, works as advertised
Love it, works as advertised. And looks amazing comparatively to other options. Other review I saw of this must've been user error. I have this on a rotary y fitting and it doesn't budge the y fitting, opens and closes really nice. HIGH build quality.

Works perfectly as it should
Easy to install, simple to operate, price could be better, but still, a great functional product.

Pretty good but not quite great
Feels heavy, solid, and well made, no burrs or slop at all in its rotation. Rotation is pretty stiff however. Stiff enough that depending on the direction you're rotating it you can inadvertently unscrew it off your loop and cause leaks if you don't hold on to the non-rotating portion of it carefully while turning it. Not a huge issue once you're aware of it but its mainly why I took a star off. That and price is a little high to me for what you get. The actual sealing pieces on the inside appear to be some sort of plastic. Its not a ball type valve. Looks like 2 V shaped openings that block off when you rotate them closed. Doesn't appear to be a bad method of forming a seal. No leaks noticeable. PC watercooling loops are relatively low pressure anyways. Make sure to get a G1/4" cap to screw in to keep the sealing surface clean and dust free. It doesn't come with one.

Hard to turn on or off without it getting loose from the part attached to.
This is an ok valve for esthetics only, but not so easy to use very hard to turn on or off without getting it loose from the part attached to, just expensive and there is better out there for a lot less the cost of this one .

Seems well constructed
I haven't used this, although it does look to be well constructed.

Works and looks great
Looks much cleaner then the ball valve I used to use. Bought two and had no issues with either.
