excellent sound, real deep bass, good mid range and treble. Easy to adjust volume (not by touching but lightly pushing button). To me it's a little big/bulk because I have small ear. It's thick, built for the bass-big driver.I do not want to return it because I love the sound. good battery last for more than 3 hrs per play but charging them, it took over 2 hrs to fill. High quality product, meet all specs. Definitely recommend to others.You should try them by listening to Sina-the young drummer on youtube.

Update 8/3: Received a new pair and they are great! I ended up having a severe gallbladder attack and had surgery yesterday which is why I didn't update sooner but using the earbuds and letting them charge in the charger unplugged is working great - better than I expected and its still charging unplugged and has been since 8/1. I'm very pleased with both the earbuds and the customer service I received from this company. Highly recommend them.Update 7/21: I've gotten both earbuds charged and they "seem" to be paired but the right one flashes blue, it says it's live but when I pair with my tablet I can only hear the left side, not the right and I also tried charging it in the left socket but no luck. I really like them so it's disappointing because I've never had a pair of earbuds that fit this well. I'm hoping to get this resolved.I can't answer anything yet because I just now got my order and when I plugged it in there is no red or blue light on the earbuds although the charger is blue showing that it's charging. Do I have to wait for the charger to get charged before a light shows on the earbuds? Otherwise, I may have received a defective product.

Actually, this is the first pair for earbuds for which I've found no disappointing promises. They sound tremendous - perform as stated...and we all love them!....The moment I took them out of the package and had flawless setup -- which is oftentimes dicey with various other earbuds...EVEN the supposedly high end variety, I was ecstatic. I waited for the other expected down features --such as cut outs, one ear working, followed by more instructions and time spent trying to remedy issues, etc..and NOTHING happened!..The bass is awesome...I hear every instrument in the music...highs & lows extraordinary, which I listened to diligently while running...Battery life is over the top...charging is fast track...Smart, gorgeous but handy packaging, presented in a classy slim case...No bulkiness with this product!...Great to experience honest features in a product....What a pleasure to own these Phitric Earbuds!...SO...I also purchased a pair for my husband and promptly sent two pairs to Florida to my son & daughter-in-law....Nothing but exceptional feedback from all!..This is the gift I want to give!...I absolutely recommend these earbuds!...Thanks for a such a true to form, reliable product!....

I use these solely for motorcycle riding. Not the safest thing I know, but my Harley is so loud I could not hear anything regardless. I had a different pair of wireless buds that were amazing for the low price i paid, but I lost one of them and for some reason thought I would try these. These are terrible in comparison. Sound quality is meh, not. a huge to. deal me really. I am deaf in one ear. Noise cancelling is nearly non existent because they do not fit well. I have tried all 3 sets of covers, they just do not fit well at all and they nearly fall out of my ears. I ride with my cell phone in my right rear pocket. Every time I turn my head ever so slightly to the left, the right bud loses connection. It re connects a few seconds after turning my head back to center. Sorry to say I would not recommend these. I am going to buy another pair of the one I lost. At least they are cheap and they LOOK like decent quality. If only I could ride with my Airpods, I would be a happy camper............

Very high quality sound for the price! I looked for wireless headphones for quite a while and am not disappointed. Highly recommend!

After buying and trying a handful of wireless earbuds, I found one that lives up to most of its description. Although I am an Apple user, I wasn't fond of the airpods that stuck out of your ear. I wanted something more discrete but as effective. So after buying probably about 5 other ones that claimed to be noise cancelling, clear with a decent battery life, I found what I was looking for. I spend a lot of time making phone calls so having my hands free is important. This product has certainly lived up to everything so far. The only criticism I have is that I would like to see the battery life last a bit longer and for it to pair more seemingless like it says it would. Otherwise, it's worth the investment.

False reviews again. I bought two pairs, and neither of them could be paired properly. It only works one earbud at a time, not both simultaneously. After two hours of trying to make them work, I simply give up. The microphone feedback I received while using the one earbud that worked was that it sounds really bad, the sound is fine when listening to music, and battery seemed to drain pretty fast. I hope I can get a refund, sorry to say I really don’t recommend these!

Update: Phitric reached out to me regarding the quality and were able to make it right by offering a refund or the updated version earbuds. I chose the updated version and so far the first day of use has been very good.I have increased my rating from 1 star to 3 stars due to good customer service, however not 5 stars because the quality of the first earbuds still were poor. If the new replacement ones continue to work as well as they have today, I’ll review that model at 5 stars and have already considered ordering a second pair. Time will tell.Original review: Already broken. Lasted less than a month and only used a couple times a week. Difficult connecting as well. Plus the “slave” earbud (right side) always cut in and out from the beginning. Would not recommend and will not be purchasing again.
