Franke Eiger Kitchen Tap Replacement Bushes & Valves Combination Set - Pair

Fitted the new valve cartridge yesterday and it fitted perfectly and the tap no longer drips. This appears to be a high quality part at a fraction of the price on the Franke website. Highly recommended.

Found quickly on-line. Downloaded fitting instructions from vendor’s website. Isolated water supply by turning isolation valves. Allen key supplied was helpful addition. Shroud just screwed off. Strongly suggest using dedicated 17mm wrench to get adequate torque on old valve. 10mins start to finish. Strangely a lot cheaper on Amazon than going to vendor’s website and delivered within 14hours of ordering so timely as well.

Excellent replacement cartridges for my dripping mixer tap once you know how to. Check beforehand if you need the cartridges AND bushes. Often the cartridges will come out with the bushes fused to them by accumulation of dirt, etc.
