HCO Uway MB600 Blackout Flash 3G Cellular Wireless Camera

DO NOT buy products from this manufacturer from Amazon! This is the second wireless camera from HCO/UWAY I've purchased through Amazon in the last 2 weeks and neither of them have worked. When I've called HCO they have told me they don't sell on Amazon and these must be from a third party, although none is listed anywhere on the product info. Because of that, they've also said they don't provide any support for them. And since it appears that none of them work, DON'T BUY THEM!!

a year and a half later. Camera crapping out on me. Good thing it has a two year warranty. Hopefully the replacement comes quick!

Too many problems with this camera for the money spent. We downloaded updates after talking with tech support and improved the day pictures but lost quality to the night pictures. We had it set to a 1 second delay but it took about a minute to activate picture which resulted in a picture of just the road. It was used for surveillance on road to the farm.

If you have problems with your camera, you should try to set easily and remotely your camera. Download TrailCamControl software!It works perfectly with the main scouting camera brands. With the help of it you can request pictures, ask locations and remotely manage settings. Seems to be only Android compatible.[...]

Simply put, these cameras do not work. I ordered two of them and they both only operate about ten percent of the time. They either do not take photos at all, or they take them and do not text them to your phone, or they fail to connect to the cell network. Don't waste your money.

I purchased the camera from Best Game Camera. Mike is very helpful. With great anticipation I purchased the new HCO MB600 Blackout flash camera with solar battery. I hunt a 400 acre piece of ground near a river and wanted to do a survey of the 150 deer that frequent the property. The camera arrived and it was a simple process to add it to my existing At&T wireless account. I also opted to pay for the GoWireless premium account offered by HCO. The premium account allows you to control the camera settings remotely. After the initial trial run in my yard we installed the camera on a high traffic trail on the property, with 3 email addresses receiving photos instantly. I also installed the GoWireless app on my Android smart phone. After a few initial fine tuning changes with the setting I am getting a steady stream of photos of the deer on the property. Bucks, does and some fawns. I called HCO for a little help with some configuration and got technician who was vey helpful. My data charges have been almost zero after 300 photos. This is new technology and I am sure that HCO will be making a lot of tweeks in the future. The smart phone app and GoWireless web portal are well thought out and very user friendly. If your property has a strong wireless network I'd give these cameras a try.
