Hose Kinks
I bought this universal hose to replace my original 20+ year old hose that the wiring had shorted out on.I decided to get one that was five feet longer than my previous one, but am finding that this hose kinks a lot-which means you have to stop vacuuming and go unkink it before you can continue. Otherwise all features work with my current vacuum set up.

The actual product is nice. I wish it were a bit easier to roll up but thats ok. The hose fits nicely with the OVO attachments.I had a minor defect in the hose that was likely caused by Amazon. I interacted with the OVO customer associates and I am sure they got frustrated with me! They were very polite to me in all communications. They let me know that once sold through Amazon, they were unable to provide any to return any money. The company did honor the warranty and sent me a new hose. Very good customer service.
