I bought this to wear over a sleeveless lace dress and it looks great. The velvet is a nice quality (yes, velvet is thin). Size small fits my small-chested torso just right (I am 5' 5", 130 lbs). Great value esp. for the price.

Beautiful and perfect for my daughter’s night out at Tim Tebow’s Night To Shine. My daughter looked beautiful!!!!! The fabric is soft and stretchy. Enough to give a little warmth when needed. I ordered my daughter's size and I can say that it fits true to size. The price is great! I definitely would consider buying this again.

This piece would be exactly what I'm looking for, but it was loose around my chest and ribs and way too small around my arms. I wore it for a day and by the time the day was over it had rubbed the insides of my arms raw and my shoulders even felt that way. Maybe if the arms weren't so tight it would be more comfortable...

This item is just what you need if you tend to get hot with layers, and need a way to cover up your arms without adding heat.

Very cute shrug jacket. Followed size guidelines and it fit great. It's meant to be cropped, short, like a shrug. Material is soft and pretty.

Sizing is definitely Asian. Way too small, looked like it was made for a child. Also took almost a month to receive in the mail- I threw it away due to not fitting
