Bought these for our HP printer and it will not recognise them. We’ve tried a factory reset and followed guidance online to try and resolve it but without success. £30 down the drain, still unable to print off the paperwork I need to print and have to go out now to get hp toners and spend another £30 😢 that’ll teach me to check something properly before I buy next time 😢

*UPDATE* (31/01/23)Updating my original 2 star review to a 3 star review.The reason behind this is because, although I maintain my original points for the cartridges (as described below), the company have since been in touch with me to offer a full refund. This was not something I had expected as I had made the purchase and review some months previously, however it does go to show that as a company they do care about their customer service. I've only updated to an additional star as there was the condition of having to "update" my review before I could get my refund. Although I appreciate the offer of the refund, and on this occasion accept the stipulation in order to get the refund, I found it to be a bit on the cheeky side - shouldn't a refund be a "no strings attached" kind of deal?!*ORIGINAL REVIEW*Wanted to give 2 and a half stars because only 1 out of the 2 cartridges sent work (but only got the option to give 2 or 3 stars), so 2 stars for half of what I got was what I wanted and works.The black cartridge, which had the tab covering the chip where the ink comes out of was in the right place, works.The colour cartridge, which arrived with the tab not covering the chip, so I have to assume that has affected it in some way. And that's the reason it doesn't work and/or my printer doesn't register it.Although this is the risk you take when you go for cheaper, compatible ink rather than brand. I tried the risk and only half won, which is rather quite annoying. So I'll probably go back to spending the extra to buying brand ink; at least then I know it'll work and I haven't wasted any money!

acabo de instalarlos y la impresora los reconoce, eso ya es estupendo.Aún no he utilizado la impresora salvo para la impresión de la página de prueba, y esta ha sido satisfactoria.

No me va bien ,no reconoce los cartuchos la empresora, eso que ponia,que era compatible con hp5030, pués no van bien,he tenido que comprar otros,
