Attwood Hollow Braided Polypropylene Anchor Lines

Good rope for anchoring a small boat. Works great for my 12' aluminum boat. On the plus side it comes with the clip to clip to your anchor. The clip isn't a cheap one. The rope coils up easily in a 5 gallon bucket for easy storage.

I use it attached to a life preserver ring on our fishing dock. You might miss first throw so need to get the ring back and to also pull the person in to dock or pool's edge. The snap lock is very quality and I am around versions of these kinds of snaps with livestock and this truly comes with a quality hardware. The line is bright white and very generous length at around 50ft. You may want to trim a few feet then melt the cut edge if far too much rope for your pool size and area if you are using with a life preserver. You also might want to untrain the kinks in this line by stretching it out and recoiling it until it relaxes in the sun and lays neater. Well worth the price.

I found this exact rope in my local walmart for the same price so I picked up a second one. If you can find in if your local store buy it there for the simple fact that the hook is much bigger to accommodate for a wider variety of anchors. Other that that, this is a great rope that served its purpose well.

Having a diving pool and a bunch of friends with dozens of young kids (altogether, not dozens per couple) who love playing in the deep end, having a large assortment of pool noodles, multiple floaties and inflatable rings and a couple of US coast guard approved life preservers is not enough. I also have a large inflatable raft/tube floating in the deep end, I used this role attached one end to the base of the diving board and the other to the fact and created a floating island that the kids love and the parents are a bit more relaxed as there is one more thing they can grab onto in case of any panic attacks. The role is water proof and strong, doesn't get tangled easily and very easy to keep clean.

Purchased this to attach to a commercial coast guard approved throw ring. I did an internal braid to attach it to the ring and used the d ring for attaching it to the fence. Braided easily and seams like good quality.

High quality, used it to leash my swan floatie to a dock when we were vacationing at a lake. Yes, #basic but it really did the trick - long enough to wrap around the dock and tie it securely with room to spare so we didn't have to keep pulling the floatie out of the water. We left it tied all week when we weren't using it and it even survived a thunderstorm.

Slippery poly rope makes it harder to tie secure knots. The tradeoff, it's easy to untie! The weave is coarse, making the rope unsuitable for securing loads or things that need to stay secure over time when experiencing pulling and movement.

It's not a bad product, great price. I would recommend it for the price. It works well for me, but if you need a little bit more strength in a rope I would recommend a thicker size.
