I am supposed to wear compression socks but often don’t since I despise putting them on and feeling so compressed. I ordered a pair of these 3M light compression pantyhose expecting to hate them too but I was shocked on how I liked. Getting them on was not as easy as regular pantyhose but it was not bad. I wore them for 12 hours last week when traveling and the. For 18 hours yesterday when traveling. They held up well and for once I was not counting the seconds until I had them off! I had a sharp fingernail and was worried they would run but they held up real well. I am now a fan! I tried thigh highs or knee stockings in the past in other brands and hate every second of it. These I will not hesitate to buy again.

First of all, they are not “ultra sheer “ as the advertising states. At the ankles they are fully opaque, gradually becoming more sheer as you move up the leg. This probably matches the mild graduated compression, which is near perfect for me.Fit for me is very good (6’, 180 lbs). The brief could feature more compression as they tend to slide down a bit. This is easily fixed by wearing a light compression brief over the Futuro plus hose. The color is a little funky but since I only wear under pants I am indifferent on this issue. The seams on the toes do not square up with the waist and panty, which is a little disappointing given the manufacturer’s highly regarded engineering skills. Price is a bit rich for me so additional purchases will depend on durability.Bottom line for me is the combination of compression and comfort far outweigh minor shortcomings. Their design addresses my needs perfectly (edema, HX of DVT). As a male user I would prefer to see “..for women” dropped in the name as other manufacturers increasingly see that males make up a significant customer base.

LOVED this panty hose. very comfortable. Use to use Hanes Alive but they stopped making them. Excellent/better substitute. A tad too opaque but not bad. These will be my every day go-to. A tad on the expensive side tho

These aren't plus size friendly.

I bought this product on Amazon after buying the same brand but different product at a pharmacy chain. At the pharmacy, I bought a size large, black, opaque, medium compression hosiery for leg edema and blood clots. I love those dearly as they are durable and work wonders, yet kill my toes as I am very tall. Wanting a pair that matched my skin so I could use them under shorter clothing, I turned to amazon because I could not find anything locally. I bought a "plus", nude, mild compression, hosiery. Because thats all they had. I thought that it would be comparable value. I was very wrong. These do not make my toes hurt, but the toe seams are crooked, the midline seam is crooked and I have three runs from the panty line, and I have only just put these on. I am upset because these are marketed as NUDE but they are an ugly shade of orange-brown that doesn't match anyone in my multi-racial household.
