This serum is chock full of great ingredients including vitamin c, niacinamide, and alpha hydroxy acid just to name a few. If you are looking for help with pigmentation or just want a great all in one, this is a fantastic serum. I use this every morning before moisturizing and my skin tone has become much more even, supple and healthy looking in a very short time. I have used hydraquinone in the past and I like this serum so much better because of the combination of all the actives makes a great cocktail for my skin. With The tranexamic acid at 5% combined with the additional ingredients the price point just cant be beat. I highly recommend!

I got this about 2-3 weeks ago and am really starting to see the results! I had some pretty large sun and dark aging spots and even some dark spots from acne. The acne spots are gone, sun and dark aging spots are much lighter. My skin is actually brightening! I am using less and less all over cover up every day. I used to tan a lot to hide the uneven tons in my skin, but now I don’t want to tan at all. I’m very happy with this product.I exfoliate every day and use this as directed twice a day (morning and night). Give it a shot!

Arrived on time, packaging was fine, it is exactly as described. I bought this as it was recommended by Penny Smith. I use it every morning so it does not interfere with with my tretinoin or glycolic acid, i alternate them nightly. After i apply it i wait 10-15mins before applying peptides and then moisturizer. I've been using for 3 weeks and cannot tell a big difference yet. But i think people are too quick to assume things dont work. I do have acne prone skin, fine lines, dark spots, crepey skin amd millia. I started dermarolling once a week, applying peptides twice a day, this in the morning and alternating glycolic and retin A about a month ago. The product did not cause breakouts and My skin looks and feels moisturized and healthy but no improvement in any of the above mentioned issues yet. Its not expensive so I will reorder when this bottle is gone because i would like to give it ample opportunity to work. I will reassess at 3 months, and if i remember i will update this review. I do realize however that any improvement i may have at that point will likely be related to all the products and the dermarolling not just one specific thing :)

Need to follow the directions and have patient to see real results. Sun block in required .

I like the serum and the price was decent for the amount you receive but the dropper is built into the push top and it only picks up a drop or two at a time for me. Frustrating design.

My daughter had really dark melasma on her neck due to puberty hormone changes. The area was getting larger and darker so I started reading up on what might help. Came across this product on Amazon and between the positive reviews and price, I figured we may as well try it. She put it on twice a day for less than a week and noticed when she went in hot water (shower or hot tub) that it appeared much lighter. She exfoliated that area with a washcloth and the dark area sloughed off after a few days of this routine. Hoping it doesn’t come back with sun exposure now that summer is almost here.

I really like this product that was highly recommended by by dermatologist BUT the bottle I received had an expiration date just 2 weeks from the date of its arrival!!! Not a cool way to get rid of old product and not a way to get me to reorder again!

This is tranexamic acid plus other goodies. I have used it once a day (should be twice) solidly for 2 months and not only has my melasma greatly improved, the rest of my blemishes, acne and dry skin have improved vastly. It's amazing! The proof is in the pictures. It's not solved it yet, but it's definitely made a difference. I've just bought my 2nd bottle, a little goes a long way. Hardly any scent to it. I have been using it without any other face creams, just good old dove soap which is probably not the best thing to use.

This is the second bottle I've purchased. My mild melasma on my cheek, lips and nose has practically gone. Ive been using it twice a day for about 5 months. Very pleased with the results. The bottle lasts ages, a little goes a long way. Serum is thick and feels lovely on the skin.

I have been using this for about a month now and I really like it. There's no noticeable smell . To me I feel that I see changes on my eczema pigmented areas. Will order once again in the future. Just a few drops are more than enough to cover the face. Just make sure to put a good moisturizer and sunscreen after applying the serum..!!

I had even managed to solve my acne problem until this product. :( It destroyed my face in just 4 weeks; it became covered in wounds and peeling, and I now have pimples all over. I'm constantly applying ointment. Please, please!!! If you have sensitive skin like mine, do not, I repeat, do not buy this product or apply it to your face.

The product works! It cleared my acne in under two weeks and the scars are fading
