So the hooks themselves seem to be well made and sturdy. My issue is with the wall anchors they ship with them. I will never, ever, ever, ever, never, ever understand companies that insist on shipping parts for assembly that are cheap pieces of crap. For Christ sake, spend .75 more cents and include decent wall anchors so these can be hung without a trip to Home Depot. Hell, pass on the .75 to the customer (you can even mark them up $1.00 and keep the profit). There is just nothing that can ruin an otherwise decent purchase quite like having to go replace parts prior to being able to even use the item. These wall anchors suck. They don't grab onto anything and just spin in the wall. On top of that, the plastic they are made from is about one step above a ziploc bag in terms of thickness. If you are certain you are mounting these into sold wood, or a stud, then you'll be fine. If not, plan on supplying your own anchors.

Bought these as an alternative to the Ikea version of these hooks. In some ways, I like these better. The Ikea version are much looser whereas these take small amount of effort to open and close. All of the ones that I received fully close and fully open without issue unlike another reviewer that indicated these don't fully close. Additionally, the hooks I received are metal unlike another reviewer indicating these were plastic painted to look like metal.I use these wall hooks in a unique way to hold large, unframed canvas paintings on the wall. I use multiple (at least 2 and more depending on size of painting) to support the bottom of the canvas and another one inverted to prevent the canvas from falling forward, away from the wall. The fact these these wall hooks are less loose makes it easier to install the inverted one at the top. The other difference is that the front edge of the wall hook when fully open is just clean metal whereas the Ikea version has an exposed screw. Note: I did not use the provided hardware and instead used my own screws and wall anchors that can support up to 40 lbs each. I would suggest this for anyone intending to hang any weight off these hooks.

Super easy to install and look so chic!! The folding mechanism (hinge) is nice and tight so these dont flop open, they seem sturdy when installed. Would make a great addition to a girls room or entry way or master bath that needs additional towel hooks by the tub (but its nice that we can fold it flat until needed) ... overall great value for the price will definitely be recommending to others

3 months later still holding strong../I used the glue to put one hook on the side of a dresser so I can hang my bag on it every night. It holds my bag, which is sometimes heavy, and it seems to be holding firm so far (it's been about a month).. I used the screws for another one in my daughter's closet. They aren't flimsy and the satin finish makes them look nicer than a black or a cheap looking shiny chrome.

Overall, I am very pleased with these hooks. No problems installing them. Open and close with some resisting tension which is a good thing. Only thing I would add as a suggestion is making them close flush, maybe add two screw holes so they do not rotate, and, finishing joint sides, they had rough finish. Nothing bad just not as polished as hook and back were. For price I am happy.

These hooks work perfectly next to our front door as a place to hang face masks during the covid crisis. Good price, very clean design, they look and work great.

At first my kids thought what are you doing. Once they were up on the wall they looked like abstract art in our home . The kids Started showing them off. Lol love em

Loved these hooks! They are sturdy yet sleek. The brushed aluminum works well in my closet. Use these to hang belts/hats/etc. And they fold discreetly when not in use! Perfect!

I should have read the information better but you only receive two of the shuriken hooks for $36.36 / £31.00. The information reads five pieces, I took this to mean five hooks but they've counted the screws. I would not advise anyone to buy from this company, if they have to hide behind details that may be factually correct but are misleading as who counts the screws as an integral part of this?Not impressed. Would avoid seller. Not value for money.

I love the way these hooks fold away, but they are light aluminum so they feel cheap. They function well (fold in and out) and we have them mounted on a solid wood door, so they are very securely fastened with the two screws provided. I have no idea if they would handle heavy items though as we use them for light clothing in our closets.

These hooks are really heavy duty and hold a lot. Excellent quality. Screws and glue also included so you can fasten either way or use both. These are far better than I had anticipated and I'm very happy with them.

We really liked these! It came with all the required screws, anchors and an adhesive. We installed 2 of them to hang a drying rack in an exposed main floor laundry room using the screws and anchors. The clips really looked nice.Just a note that although the clips come out 3" from the walk when unfolded it's really only about 2 1/4" of flat "hanging" space.

Finish is good and are strong. Only problem is they don't close fully when in the retracted position. The second product image shows this if you zoom in; didn't notice until after. Going to replace it with another product.
