It was a beautiful case, easy and smooth to connect with my iPad Pro ! It’s easy to twist to change between laptop and iPad form. The only ready why I have to say 4 stars is because the case does not have a place to store the Apple Pencil meaning that while the case is on the only place you can leave the pencil is charging against the iPad which I think is a dangerous spot due to the possibility of it falling off and losing it so I probably will not be using this case as much as I would have liked since I’m going to have to switch back and forth between my older case that has a pencil slot

This is possibly the best keyboard for the iPad Pro that I have come across. The keyboard lights up in many colors (and is controlled by function keys) and also does the breathing effect. The keys have great travel and the hardware feels sturdy. I like that I can swivel the top and hide the keyboard.The drawbacks, however, is that the charging port is too narrow so I have to take out the iPad to charge it. The material is almost exactly that of the smart folio from Apple: a bit of a fingerprint magnet so keep it clean!Overall, this keyboard is definitely worth what I paid- I would recommend it to anyone with this iPad.

(UPDATED Review) This keyboard has a "solid" feel to it, feels like good quality, pleasant to type on, even for extended period of time. I would like to recommend this product without reservations.HOWEVER, the keyboard will not hold a charge for a full day. Even when it is left charging overnight. This is still true when I turn it OFF when I’m not using.Disappointing, because it’s a very good keyboard.(Note to Seller: If this is not typical, I would gladly accept a replacement that stays charged longer.)

So close but to amazing but there are a huge defect that needs to be addressed along with a few changes.1) The hole for charging is to small to fit the stock USB C cable. You have to take it out of the case defeating the purpose of a case.2) The case is heavy, in-fact it weighs more than the iPad. It’s great for stability however it’s annoyingly to carry around. For close to the same weight I could use my laptop.3) The battery is huge why not make a charging device?4) the enter key is more European in its position making it a tad hard to get used to.

So many people have given good reviews on this so I'm going to agree on them. The ONLY thing that is bad about this is you can't charge it up through the charging hole. You can't put in the cable and charge through the case. You have to take the ipad out to charge it. Hole is either not big enough or is just straight created wrong. So aside from having to take that out, the case is fantastic.

I bought this product 11 moths ago, and coudn’t get it to connect to my iPad Pro. Fast forward to today, when i was without a laptop and needed to type. I pulled it out, and called customer service. Their team was SO incredibly helpful, and we went back and forth with phone calls and emails. We were on a first name basis by the end, and it was a very simple fix that was just illustrated differently for my model. HIGHLY recommend, if just for the simple fact that they have a human customer service agents that are friendly and helpful. The keyboard now works perfectly!

I ordered this product back in January and received it in a timely fashion after about three weeks button stopped working so I contacted Amazon and they in turn contacted the manufacture and they resent a new case the case I received was not the same that I ordered the one that I ordered had a type C charge the one they sent back to me had a micro USB the one that I ordered also was soft touch the one they sent was not. Now three weeks laterThe replacement is not working a few of the buttons when I touch them it creates double letters and numbers I have no way of contacting the manufacturer so I’m leaving this message to hopefully get some results. I think this has the potential to be a great product unfortunately the two that I received within months of each other aren’t working.

When iPad is the case a USB cable will NOT CONNECT to the iPad charging port. You have to take the iPad out of the case to charge. Mine also arrived without the USB cable to charge it as it said in the product description. Gave it 1 star for connecting to the iPad.
