Leather Work Gloves For Men and Women, Goatskin Gardening Gloves,Yellow,1Pair (Large)

I have bought these gloves in Medium and Large size. Both are in a soft and pliable but strong pale yellow leather with a smooth but "grippy" surface. The fit is good and comfortable like a kid glove. More than just a gardening glove really. I have used them when cutting and clearing brambles, gripping the thorned stems to pull them out, without even feeling the thorns. The only reason I give just 4* for durability is I can't be sure: they're new. They do seem pretty tough though. I've never had a better gardening glove.

These are the second pair of this make of gloves I had. The first survived 2 winters of regular hedge laying in all weathers including snow. This was along with my own gardening at home over the same period.Most of the hedges are Hawthorn which has nasty spikes - these gloves are not 100% thorn proof but certainly thorn resistant.They are also not 100% waterproof - but I solved this completely by having a thin pair of cheap builders gloves with rubberised palms inside the leather gloves. This was a warm and dry solution. If you want to do this then go for a slightly larger leather glove than usual.

Speedy delivery. For the price compared to my last pair that were expensive from the garden centre they are great and quite well made. I wear a 7.5 glove and ordered large so glad I did, possibly medium might have been a little tight. I would recommend and order again when I need to.

I am a hgv driver and fed up with gloves made of synthetic material.My main glove work would be curtains & straps. These gloves are made well, soft & supple.After 1 week they are beginning to show signs of ware, probably will last 3 weeks max.My new back up pair not yet worn are cow hide time will tell.----------------UPDATE 6 weeks on getting tired but still holding out, when they get wet they feel like you are wearing aa wet chamois leather ( used for window cleaning ) So not a winter glove.

I like these a lot. I got the medium and they fit ok- lots of room. My palm is 7.5 cm across and they would fit someone up to about 8 cm without feeling snug I think. I have relatively long fingers and the longest middle one fits almost to the tip and the others have a lot of space, but that's ok. My only complaint is that the elastic at the wrist has been stitched flat on the glove and serves no purpose- it doesn't seal it at the wrist in any way. I suspect the gloves are maybe "seconds". But I'm happy with them for the price.

Just bought them so time will tell how durable they are particularly on the fingertips hence 3 stars, fit well bought M, and leather very soft and supple so easy to hold things. Pulled out a bunch of large stinging nettles without getting stung. Did put water proof spray before use as seemed could be quite absorbent. One review stated yellow color comes off when wet, we will see, maybe company posts reassurance on this? In all good product well priced

Comfort : 5*Thorn proof : 1*Hard wearing : 4* as long as you're not using it for thorny plants .I would have given this gloves 5* had it not been advertised as thorn proof. It has literally ripped near the fingers after only 3 uses. If I hadn't used it on thorny plants I imagine it would have lasted a long time

Seems comfortable but one glove is at least one inch shorter than the other that one has a label inside that says 6 the larger doesn't have a label. I'll see if it gives after some use.Update. Having worn for 3 hard day's gardening they seem fine fit is comfortable strength very good
