Tea Forte Amber Rock Sugar for Tea and Coffee, Pure Cane Sugar Crystals, 2 Pound Bag

I bought this for my aunt who loves to serve guests not tea from her special tea pot and use her nice china teacups. This hard rock sugar adds that extra special touch to the tea and the flavor is amazing. Our whole family loves to use it and enjoy hot tea together. We have family tea time with all the generations of women teens to 80's having a real tea party and using plain sugar would just not be the same. Nice to use for yourself or as a gift.

HOWEVER, I HAVE A NEW LOVE FOR TEA FORTE AMBER ROCK SUGAR - IT TASTE THE SAME, DISSOLVES JUST AS FAST, AND CONVENIENT TO PURCHASE! If you're curious, the 2lb bag of Tea Forte Amber Rock Sugar fills the 3lb Teavanna Sugar Jar a little pass the halfway mark.I only have one small issue...it would be nice if repeated customers could get a discount on repeated purchases of the sugar. That's what I loved about getting my jar refilled at TEAVANNA! They valued returning customers.

After a worker at Teavanna recommended rock sugar to sweeten my coffee and tea many years ago, there is nothing else i will use. We no longer have a Teavanna locally and it's hard to come by their rock sugar online. I found this on amazon and it's been a perfect substitute for many years now. Our household uses up a 2 lb bag about every 6-7 weeks.

If you were a fan of the Teavana rock sugar like I was I’m sure you won’t be disappointed with this. I love honey in my tea as well but sometimes you just need a certain kind of sweetness especially with tea and for me this definitely hits the spot.

Goes great with coffee and tea. It has a light sweet flavor with no overpowering molasses after taste. It does take awhile to dissolve in my hot cup of coffee. It takes about several minutes of stirring.

The sugar added a sweet and distinct flavor to our tea which makes it extra special. Subtle caramel notes which pairs well with the wide variety of teas we use. It enhances the taste of flavored teas without overwhelming the taste. We have it on AutoShip because we enjoy too much to run out.

Since the evil empire killed Teavana and we tea-lovers are ongoing search for replacements, I can recommend this as a great substitute for Teavana's Belgian rock sugar.
