Meguiar's Microfiber Wash Mitt, 1 Pack

The Meguiar's X3002 Microfiber Wash Mitt makes washing vehicles easier than ever! Simply place the wash mitt on your hand, dunk it in a bucket of water and soap, and you are ready to wash your car! I have used several different microfiber wash mitts in the past but this one seems to hold up the best, long-term. This Meguiar's X3002 wash mitt is very soft, and features a thick black band which loosely tightens around your wrist to keep the mitt on your hand while in use, unlike regular microfiber towels which can slip or may need to be gripped tightly. Like most microfiber products, it is worth several times it's weight in water - literally! The white color of this wash mitt creates a win-lose situation...while it is great to be able to see exactly how much dirt and grime you are removing from your car, it can be painfully difficult to get fully clean and back to it's completely white color. This is especially true if you are using it on a very dirty vehicle, or if you happen to encounter staining substances, like brake dust or grease. In addition, the soft characteristics of this wash mitt make it such that the wash mitt will glide smoothly over your car's surface without scratching the paint, but may also force you to wash over very dirty surfaces several times to ensure that you were able to scrub enough to get it fully clean. I usually wash this mitt with all of my other microfiber products: hot water, and a mild detergent. I let this mitt air dry after washing and it is usually completely dry within 24 hours. If necessary, I will also tumble dry it on a very low heat setting, but usually this is not necessary as the mitt naturally dries quickly. Aside from the discoloring due to some very tough dirt, this Meguiar's X3002 Microfiber Wash Mitt looks and works just like new, even after using it for several dozen car washes. I debated among all the wash mitt options and read lots of reviews. In the end I chose this one based on the brand name and price point. I have a black car and need something soft. This feels both soft and thick, hold lots of suds and works like a charm.

I would give this 10 stars if I could. It's much softer than the wash mitt I'm currently using (made by another company). I don't worry about scratching anything with the Meguiar's wash mitt. It also doesn't shed as I'm using it. It actually holds together.

Great washing mitt. It covers a lot of area and makes it quicker to wash without being so heavy. It's soft and holds a lot of washing solution. A little difficult to get the mitt itself clean because the microfiber, but that's what it is designed for.

Easy to use and soaks up a lot of water and car washing soap so you don't have to keep dunking it back in the bucket. Very soft so no worries about leaving behing scatches.

Big, fluffy wash mitt! I haven't been able to use it on my car yet, but it's very handy for dusting and regular cleanup jobs, too. Very absorbent microfiber, bright white color so I can see what's coming off of surfaces, dries fairly quickly and is a lot of bang for the buck. I can't wait for it to rain so I can wash my car - it's been a long, dry summer, and I'm on a well with a very low level at the time of the writing.

Very absorbant, not too thick not too thin. For the price I don't think you can find better. I used to buy the chenille wash mitts but those didn't last long at all. This one is very durable, the first one I bought is now 2 years old and hasn't worn at all. I bought another one this year so I have a mitt for paint and another for wheels. There is also no annoying inner layer like some mitts have so you're never messing around with the mitt either trying to put your hand through or getting it out.
