Tiny but mighty!
These Wahl mini clippers are very petite, don't be shocked when you open the package! This clipper uses a fixed blade. The blade can be removed for sharpening but cannot be swapped for a different blade size. This clipper is not intended for regular coat trimming or shavedowns. It is only for use in minor face trimming and shaving out paw pads.PROS:TinyFeatherweightSurprisingly easy to hold and maintain a grip on itEasy to change position of clipper with one hand while holding a paw with the otherSmall enough to get into small paw padsQuick charging, holds chargeSHARP 40 BLADE CLIPPERCONS:SHARP 40 BLADE CLIPPER - the 40 blade (40 teeth to the inch) is a surgical clipper and can do a lot of damage to your pet's skin if you use it incorrectly.USE CAUTION if you are going to shave out paw pads.DO NOT USE in underarm area or the inner flank where the dog's skin is loose.

Works Amazing
Love this little thing. Battery life is great and it does a wonderful job for a close shave for the summertime as well as in sensitive areas it is small and quiet.

Great trimmers but don't drop them!!!
I've only had the Wahl MiniArco for about a month. So far it has been a great trimmer for big dogs as well as little ones. I use them for all paw pads and on small dogs with matting in or around the sanitary area. They are perfect when you have a little fur baby because we all no how hard it can be to get a big pair of clippers in those tight spots, especially when the clippers are bigger then the dog lol. They seem to hold charge really well and we they do die you can plug them in to charge and use while charging which I love!!! Also they are quiet so the dogs don't get scared and freak out when hearing them. The only problem I've seen so far is the outer housing should be more durable. As good as these clippers are you would think the outside cover would be better but it's not. If you drop them you better pray they still work or your out $80 for nothing. I have seen my boss go thru 4 pair in a year all do to the outer shell being crap, they break so easy. Wahl really needs to fix this and then they would be the Best clippers!!!!! Will update with pics after a couple more weeks of use

Easy to use
These are great for my small dog. Very easy to use and very quiet and light weight and the battery is sufficient . I use them all the time. Great for between pads, face and private areas.

Short blade life
I loved it the first 2 times I used it - until the blade dulled. I used it once a week on my two 11lb Shih-Tzu - only to clean up their paws (very light grooming). After 11 uses, it was quicker to scissor their paws than it was to trim them with this trimmer.I followed Wahl's cleaning and oiling instructions - and their troubleshooting instructions. I was going to order a new blade for the trimmer, but decided against it after reading that other people had the same issue.I hardly ever contact manufacturers if a product doesn't perform as advertised, but after reading reviews of the blade I decided to contact Wahl. I spoke with Michelle - she was fine until I mentioned that others had left reviews on Amazon about the blades dulling quickly. She snapped at me saying "there's nothing wrong with our blades, but you can ship it back to us and we will replace it since it's still under warranty".I was stunned by her response. Maybe it was a bad day - maybe she gets these calls a lot - customer service is a thankless job - I get it. I wanted to ask her why Wahl would be so quick to replace the trimmer (without any troubleshooting) if there wasn't an issue with the blade, but I didn't want to push it.If not for that interaction, I would have thrown the trimmer away and purchased something else. I am sending the trimmer back for a replacement - interested to see how it turns out. Meanwhile, I'm back on the hunt for a decent cordless trimmer - won't be a Wahl...Update - Wahl followed through with the warranty and sent a reconditioned unit (it arrived a month after I sent mine back). I had to pay to ship my clippers back to Wahl and I had to pack it in the original box - if you buy these clippers, save everything. I had the same results with the "new" clippers. It's really frustrating that the blade dulls so quickly because I love the clippers. They are easy to use, quiet, and low vibration. I even purchased a replacement blade, but had the same results. Very frustrating since I followed Wahl's recommendation for care of the blade(s), but still find the blade life to be too short.

small enough for hard-to-reach places
This was a gift for a lady that shows horses. She was ecstatic over it's size and versatility. Also, that the motor was so quiet, and she could plug it in or use the batteries for last minute touch ups

Little work horse

The last three I bought we’re not that great! Then I ran across these and I thought well there are a lot more expensive but you get what you pay for. They do a very nice job. They seem powerful. I was able to trim paws on both my dogs in relatively a short time compared to using the other little clippers that I had. The dogs didn’t seem to mind them although I can’t say they are super whisperer quiet. I’m glad that I bought them for the job of trimming paws bearable for the dogs and pleasant for me.
