I’ll give it 5 stars because it seems like a good quality clamp. When I ordered it, I guess I overlooked the up to 14 part. It will bolt right on no issues and first will hold the bars solid. After two months, I pulled on the bars a little bit to situate my self in the seat and the bars came back a few inches. Long story short, I tried to re-torque them and nearly stripped the threads in the risers. Then I compared them. I guess the difference in height prevents one from torquing them down properly. I didn’t know there was a difference between the HD’s that came with a solid one piece clamp. Stock clamp on an 09 and 17 look identical. My advice: READ the description. If you have a 15+, go with a Paul Yaffe clamp.

Worked perfect on my '99 Electra Glide. Replaced the old two piece clamps when I put mini apes on. The set screws really dig in to prevent movement. Only thing I wish there was a cheaper unfinished version for baggers since you dont see it. I highly recommend replacing the riser bushings with polyurethane ones while you have access, combined with this clamp it makes a hugh difference.

This is a must when installing tall handlebars on any harley. This clamp is for 1 1/4" handlebars with 1" at the risers. If you have stock handlebars from 2000-2013 you have 1" handlebars.The neat thing about this clamp is that it has 3 set screws to tighten after your handlebars are where you want them for the final torque down. Make sure if you go higher than 10-12" on bars that you have a solid clamp like this with set screws.There's a lot more pressure pulling back the higher you go. This is the best clamp I've ever seen.

My bars kept rattling loose with the hard Harley riser due to paint, grooves rubbed off. I put these on and tighten everything down and haven’t had an issue since. Worth the money.(1) CON- Only issue is some of the additional top Allen screws strip easy so don’t over tighten them.

This solved the issue I was having with my ape hangers pulling toward me on rides. The small screws that bite into the handlebars were silver, so I purchased black ones to make it look better (the clamp I bought is black). Before installing the set screws I drilled dimples into my bars with a hand drill. Very happy.

It worked great. But not made in the U.S.A. 5 star if it was made in the U.S.A. . Only reason I bought it because I needed this week. USA made one was going to get here sometime next week.

I just installed 18" Apes on a 1 1/4" riser, (didn't know the bars would have a 1" center). Ordered this top clamp and it worked as described. Locked the bars in place with no movement on my 1996 Road King.

With Loctite and cranking down the set screws the bars still slip. Took out the set screws, drilled Pilot holes using the factory holes as a guide, added 1/4” self tapping screws and lock washers. Now it works great
